Pricing Must Include All Applicable Costs For Products Or Services, Including Any Applicable Shipping Charges Fob Destination To Athens, Ga, And All Other Requirements As Outlined In The Specifications. All Questions Must Be Submitted To The Procurement Office Via The Questions Function On This Solicitation. Prospective Bidders Should Only Contact The University Of Georgia Procurement Office Regarding This Solicitation. Please Note That There Is A Mandatory Bidder¿S Conference. The Conference Begins Promptly At 10Am On Wednesday, May 10, 2023. Meeting Location Is Uga Miller Learning Center, 2Nd Floor East Wing, 48 Baxter Street, Athens Ga 30606 (Across From The Jittery Joe¿S Coffee Shop). Please Park In The Tate Center Parking Deck. There Is A Kiosk Inside The Parking Deck Where You Can Pay For Parking. Any Contract Award Resulting From The Rfq Will Be Made To The Lowest, Responsive And Responsible Supplier Meeting All Specifications And With Whom The University Of Georgia Has Reached Agreement On All Contract Terms And Conditions.
