Increasing The Degree Of Digitization Of The Water And Sewage Infrastructure In Order To Optimize The Operation Of The Canal Water Systems In The Operating Area Will Be Achieved Through: Installation Of A Hardware Infrastructure Local Servers For The Implementation Of The Proposed Software Solutions Along With Licenses For The Operating System And A Compatible Oracle Database License The Implementation Of A Company Asset Management Application (Eam Enterprise Asset Management) Through Which Company Assets Can Be Managed Throughout Their Lifetime Implementation Of Customer Relationship Management And Contact Center Functionalities Updating And Expanding The Functionalities Of The Geomedia Smart Client Gis System To The New Available Versions And Their Migration Using The New Technologies (Compatible Postgress Or Oracle Database) The Number Of Days Until Which Economic Operators Can Request Clarifications Is 19 Days, Before The Deadline For Submission Of Offers. Clarification Requests Received By The Contracting Entity After The Specified Deadline Will Not Be Considered. The Contracting Entity Will Respond To All Requests For Clarifications/Additional Information (Received On Time) In Accordance With The Provisions Of Art. 173 Of Law 99/2016, With Subsequent Amendments And Additions, Respectively 11 Days Before The Deadline For Submission Of Offers.
