The Subject Of The Contract Are Construction Works Including: Gravitational And Pressure Sewage System For The Village Of Swarzynice. The Documentation Includes: Gravitational And Pressure Pipelines, Property Extensions, Sewage Pumping Stations. The Documentation Does Not Include Sewage Connections To Individual Buildings. There Are Also No Overvoltages And Connections Of Existing Buildings To The New Sewage System. For The Purposes Of This Documentation, Soil Tests Were Carried Out In Several Parts Of Swarzynice. On Its Basis, Ground Conditions Are Defined As Simple, And The Designed Objects Are Qualified To The First Geotechnical Category. During The Geological Works, Groundwater And Layers Of Non-Construction Embankments Were Drilled. A Detailed Description Of The Ground Conditions Can Be Found In The Geotechnical Opinion. Gravitational Network: The Gravity System Should Be Made Of Solid Pvc Pipes Of Sn8 Class With A Diameter Of 160-200Mm. The Pipelines Are Designed In Asphalt Roadways, Gravel Roads, Roadsides, Roadways Paved With Paving Stones Of The Polbruk Type. Due To The Specificity Of The Village Of Swarzynice, The Depth Of Laying Pipelines Varies From 1.0 M To Over 4.0 M. However, Sections With A Depth Of Over 4.0 M Occur Sporadically. The Vast Majority Of The Network Is Laid At An Average Depth Of 2-3 M. To Change The Route Of The Laid Channels, It Is Planned To Use Concrete Manholes With A Diameter Of Ø1000mm, Class B45 With ¾ Bases. All Chambers Are Finished With A Well Plate, A Relief Ring And A D400 Class Cast Iron Manhole With Concrete Filling. The Cast Iron Manhole Should Be Adjusted To The Elevations Of The Terrain. Additionally, It Is Planned To Install Manholes On Straight Sections At Maximum Distances Of Approx. 50M. All Side Outlets (Reachers) Are Made By Connecting Them To The Main Network With A Tee Or To The Nearest Concrete Well. The Main Collector Is Laid With A Slope Of 5-6 Per Mille. Pumping Network It Is Planned To Install A Sewage Pumping Station. A Chamber With A Basket Grate Is Planned In Front Of Each Pumping Station. Pumping Sections With A Diameter Of 90-110Mm Have Been Designed. The Pressure Sewage System Should Be Made Of Butt-Welded Pe100 Sdr 17 Pipes. The Average Depth Of Laying The Pipeline Is 1.2 M Below Ground Level. A Brown Locating Tape With A Metal Insert Should Be Laid At A Height Of 30 Cm Above The Pipe. In The Village Of Swarzynice, The Pipeline Should Be Mostly Laid In A Common Trench With A Gravity Sewage System. The Area Of The Impassable Pumping Station Is Planned To Be Fenced Off And Hardened. Reachers Due To The Work Being Carried Out In A Residential Area, Mostly Built-Up Areas, And Along Paved Roads, It Is Planned To Make Sewerage Reachers To All Built-Up Plots. This Procedure Is Intended To Enable Individual Connections Of Sewage Connections Without The Need To Interfere With The Road Lane. The Extension Arms Should Be Made Of Solid Pvc 160Mm Pipes, Class Sn8. Connection To The Main Sanitary Sewer Should Be Made By Means Of A Tee Outlet Or By Connection To The Nearest Concrete Well (If Possible). In The Concrete Chamber, Provide A Base For The Connection. If Necessary, Also Make An External Cascade Connection In The Chamber. Cascades Should Be Implemented For Reaching Elements Connected To Concrete Wells At A Height Of Over 0.5 M From The Bottom Of The Canal. On The Side Of Individual Plots, Plastic Inspection Chambers Made Of Pp With A Diameter Of 415Mm, Terminated With A Telescope, Relieving Ring And A D400 Class Manhole Should Be Installed.
