Tenders Are Invited For Reconstruction Of A Part Of The Office Building At Ul. Głowackiego 51 In Brzesko

1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Performance Of Multi-Discipline Construction Works In The Office Building At Ul. Głowackiego 51 In Brzesko, And Precisely The Reconstruction Of The Premises Of The Former Canteen. The Planned Reconstruction Consists In Creating New Office Rooms With A Social Area, A Waiting Room And Toilets. As Part Of The Works, Demolition And Dismantling Works Will Be Carried Out, Internal Walls In Gk Technology, Beams And Lintels, Floors And Anti-Moisture Insulation Of Floors On The Ground Floor Level, Internal Load-Bearing And Partition Walls, Internal Plastering, Painting, Tiling, Suspended Ceilings, Replacement Of The Existing Window And Door Joinery. The Scope Of The Reconstruction Also Includes The Following Installations: Electricity, Telecommunication, Water, Sanitary Sewage, Heating, Ventilation And Air Conditioning, Ssp And Emergency Lighting. When Performing The Reconstruction Of The Fire Protection System And Emergency Lighting, The Terms Of The Existing Manufacturers And Contractors Warranty Should Be Maintained. When Performing Teletechnical Works On Computer Networks, The Existing Manufacturers And Contractors Warranty Must Be Maintained (Works Regarding The Transfer Of 1 Pc Of A Distribution Cabinet).2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Design Documentation, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, Bill Of Quantities - Constituting Appendix No. 2 To This Swz And Decision No. 96/2023 Of March 24, 2023 On Approving The Land Development Design And The Architectural And Construction Design And Granting Building Permit Constituting Appendix No. 10 To Swz.3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Secure The Construction Site During The Duration And Implementation Of The Contract Until The Completion And Final Acceptance Of The Works.4. Construction Works Should Be Performed Within The Time Agreed With The Employer And In A Way That Minimizes Their Nuisance For The Employer. The Contractor Should Ensure Special Safety For People Working And Staying In The Facility. Particularly Strenuous Works Should Be Carried Out After The Working Hours Of The Facility.5. The Contractor Bears Full Responsibility For Any Damage Caused By His Actions Or Omissions And Is Obliged To Repair Them At His Own Expense. This Liability Also Includes Actions Or Omissions Of Third Parties And Entities Acting For The Benefit Of The Contractor.6. Together With The Notification Of The Completion Of The Works, The Contractor Shall Submit In A Permanently Stapled Form All Documents Related To The Completed Subject Of The Order, Including: A) Instructions (In Polish) For The Use, Service And Operation Of The Installed Devices, B) Warranty Documents Along With The Warranty Conditions For All Installed Equipment, C) Materials And Equipment Testing Reports, D) As-Built Documentation, E) Documents Confirming The Quality Of Materials And Equipment Used To Perform The Subject Of The Order, F) Other Documents Collected During The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order And Relating To Its Implementation, In Particular Drawings With The Changes Made During The Implementation Of The Task, 7. The Subject Of The Contract Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Attached Documentation, Guidelines Set Out In The Swz, With The Knowledge And Construction Art, Construction Law, Health And Safety And Fire Protection Regulations. And Recommendations Of The Supervision Inspector. 8. The Contractor Is Obliged To: A) Allow Employees Of The Following Authorities To Enter The Construction Site And (If Necessary) Take Part In Inspections: Construction Supervision, Environmental Protection Inspection, Sanitary Inspection, National Labor Inspectorate, State Fire Service, Which Are Responsible For Performing The Tasks Specified The Act - Construction Law And To Provide Them With The Data And Information Required By Law, B) Perform The Subject Of The Contract From Materials Of Appropriate Quality And Having The Marketing And Use In Construction Required By The Construction Law. At The Ordering Partys Request, The Contractor Shall Present The Appropriate Certificates And Approvals, C) Ensure The Necessary Numerical Potential Of Qualified Employees, D) Participate In All Meetings And Meetings Organized By The Ordering Party) Ensure, At His Own Expense, Paid Use Of Utilities (Water, Energy Electricity) And Bear The Costs For Their Use, F) Organize The Construction Site At Its Own Expense Without The Right To Additional Remuneration.9. The Contractor Shall Comply With All Applicable Fire Safety Regulations And Shall Be Liable For All Damages Arising From Fire Or Other Events That May Arise During The Execution Of The Works Or Caused By Any Of Its Employees. Appropriate Fire-Fighting Equipment Must Be Provided On The Construction Site.10. The Construction Works Constituting The Subject Of The Order Will Be Performed By The Contractor From Its Own Materials, I.E. Products Approved For Use In Construction Within The Meaning Of The Act Of 7 July 1994 Construction Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 682, As Amended) And The Act Of 16 April 2004 On Construction Products (Journal Of Laws Of 2021, Item 1213).11. The Contractor Grants A Guarantee For The Subject Of The Contract For A Period Of Not Less Than 36 Months From The Date Of The Fault-Free Final Acceptance Of The Works. 12. The Warranty For Defects In The Subject Of The Contract Is 60 Months From The Date Of The Fault-Free Final Acceptance Of The Works.
