1. The Procedure Concerns The Implementation Of A Project Involving The Construction, Extension And Reconstruction Of The Water Treatment Station In The Village Of Brzozówek, Commune Iłów, Pow. Sochaczew, Province Mazowieckie. The Scope Of Works Includes Stage 1 Of The Investment Project: A) Disassembly Of Two Storage Reservoirs With A Capacity Of 80 M3, Installation Of Two New Reservoirs With A Capacity Of 100 M3; B) Demolition Of The Foundations Under The Dismantled Tanks, Construction Of New Foundations, Along With The Execution Of Paving Stone Bands; C) Reconstruction Of External Installations On The Site Of The Water Treatment Plant In Connection With The Replacement Of Two Retention Tanks; D) Construction Of New Backwash Water Settling Tanks Together With A Pumping Station And Execution Of Paving Stone Bands; E) Replacement Of Submersible Pumps, Piping And Fittings In The Existing S1, S2 Wells; F) Equipping The Existing S1, S2, S2a Wells With Hydrostatic Probes And Protection Against Dry Running; G) Lighting In The Water Treatment Plant; H) Replacement Of The Fence From The Front Of The Suw Plot, Plot No. 89/16; I) Construction Of Power And Control Cables On Site. 1.3. The Construction Work Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Construction Design, Land Development Design, Architectural And Construction Design, Stwoirb And The Bills Of Quantities, Which Are Attached As Annexes 9-13 To The Swz, Taking Into Account Stage 1 Included In The Design Documentation. 1.4. On The Basis Of The Available Bills Of Quantities, The Ordering Party Will Require, At The Latest On The Day Preceding The Signing Of The Contract, The Submission Of Tender Cost Estimates. 1.5. The Employer Requires The Valuation And Implementation Of The 1St Stage Of The Task.
