Renovation Of Miskolc Ice Rink 2 45212211-8 In Detail, Based On The Attached Design Documentation, On The Basis Of Quantitative Statements! We Draw The Attention Of Bidders That The 322/2015. (X. 30.) Pursuant To § 14 (1) B) Of Government Decree, The Call For Tenders Is Aimed At Its Construction And Design. Content Of The Planning Task: Preparation Of Design Documentation. Floor Area 2,713 M2 Building Engineering: 2Nd On The Thermally Insulated Sealing Of The Side Walls And Roof Structure Of The Ice Rink And Ii. The Design Of Light-Structure Dressing Booths That Will Be Implemented In Stages. Air Technology: There Are Two Types Of Air Technology Systems In The Building: Comfort: - For Changing Rooms, Washrooms And Related Rooms With 3000 M3/H Air Delivery, High Temperature Blowing (24°C), Plate Heat Recovery, - Fitness Room And Massage Rooms With 800 M3/H Air Delivery, High Temperature Blowing (24°C), Plate Heat Recovery. Playground: - For Ice Rink Airspace With 20,000 M3/H Air Delivery, Low-Temperature Blowing (+10°C Towards The Ice Rink And Roof Structure), Re-Mixing Chamber And Humidity Control. The Air Handling Equipment For The Changing Rooms Will Be Placed Outdoors On The Flat Roof Of The New Part Of The Building. The Massage And Fitness Room Will Receive Another Air Conditioner, Which Will Be Placed Above The Fitness Room. Both Air Handlers Are Connected To The Air Duct Network Inside The Building By Installing A Sound Dampening Element. The Air Handlers Are To Be Installed On The Support Structures According To The Static Plans, With Vibration-Damping Washers. Two Air Handling Units Of The Same Design Will Be Installed For The Ice Hall, Both Capable Of Transporting 10,000 M3/H Of Air, So That Up To 20,000 M3/H Of Fresh Air Can Be Introduced Into The Hall, But The Fresh Air Demand Of The Occupants Is A Total Of 9,000 M3/H. Cooling System For Air Handlers: A Cooling System Must Be Established For The Ice Rinks Air Handling Machines And Dehumidification Equipment, With Liquid Cooling Equipment And The Associated Pipeline Network. The Total Cooling Requirement Of The Equipment Is 105 Kw, Of Which The Drying Surface Cooler Uses 2X43 Kw -5/0°C 35% Glycol Medium And 2X9.5 Kw +5/10°C Temperature Steps For The Fresh Air Precooler Using Cooling Water Mixed With 35% Glycol. Water Supply And Sewerage: According To The Attached Description Heating, Heat Supply: The Facilitys Heat Supply Must Be Provided For The Following Four Purposes: - Building Heating: 30 Kw - Domestic Hot Water Production: 100 Kw - Air Conditioning Max.: 73.4 Kw Total: 203.4 Kw Fire Protection: According To The Attached Description. The Smoke Exhaust In The Building Is Provided By Mechanical Engineering. The Fan Output Per Smoke Section Is 2X75000 M3/H, I.E. 150000 M3/H. The Playing Field Consists Of Two Smoke Sections, So The Total Fan Output Is 300,000 M3/H. The Exhaust Fan Will Be Rated F400 90. The Exhaust Duct Will Be E600 30S Rated. The 4 Fans Will Be Placed On The Superstructure That Will Be Built Later On The Roof. Electronic: The Building Is An Indoor Ice Rink With A Wooden Support Structure And Tarpaulin Covering, Which During The Renovation Will Be Replaced In Places With A Scratched Sheet Covering And The Building Will Be Closed From The Side. The Ice-Making Technology Of The Rink Will Not Change, The Existing System Will Remain. The Existing Ice Rink Is Connected To An Existing Main Building, Which Houses The Skate Rental, But This Part Of The Building Is Only Minimally Affected By The Investment. -Feeding: In Order To Serve The Necessary Energy Needs, The Feeding Cables, Whose Route Length Is Approx. 150M. The Energy Demand Of The Building Reaches Approximately 500 Kw. - Lighting - Plugs - Intrusion Alarm System -Video Surveillance System -Solar System (A 50Kwp Power System Must Be Installed On The Building) -Fire Alarm System -Building Automation Support Structure: Foundation: The Foundation Of The Existing Monolithic Reinforced Concrete Frame Structure Is Built With Monolithic Reinforced Concrete Footing Beams With Deepened Concrete Footings In The Pillar Shafts. The Footing Beams In The Upper Plane Of The Floor Line Were Closed With A Monolithic Reinforced Concrete Plate. The Reinforced Concrete Slab Has A Paving Stone Covering As A Walking Surface. During The Extension, An Additional Foundation Will Be Built Along The Western Facade. After Dismantling The Floor Covering, The Existing Base Will Be Widened To A Width Of 3.60 M And A Depth Of 80 Cm. The Planned Base Is A 30 Cm Thick Monolithic Reinforced Concrete Slab With A 60 Cm Wide Edge Beam. Under The Monolithic Reinforced Concrete Slab, It Is Necessary To Build A Soil Replacement With A Structural Thickness Of 50 Cm. Superstructure: Along The Western Facade, A Reinforced Concreted Formwork Stone Retaining Wall Is Built From The Base Beam Of The Additional Foundation, With A Height Of 1.20 M And A Structural Thickness Of 30 Cm. The Retaining Wall Is Thermally Insulated From The Outside Up To The Height Of The Earth Backfill. From The Upper Plane Of The Retaining Wall To The +4.20 Height, A Masonry Structure With A Structural Thickness Of 30 Cm Is Made, Which Meets The Thermal Insulation Requirements. It Is Closed From The Top By A 30/80 Cm High Monolithic Reinforced Concrete Edge Beam. The Masonry Located In The Existing Pillar Axes Perpendicular To The Described Masonry Will Be Replaced With A Width Of 3.00 M And A Height Of 2.40 M. The Replacement Is A 30/40 Cm Monolithic Reinforced Concrete Beam. The Monolithic Reinforced Concrete Beam Rests On The Masonry Parallel To The Western Facade And On The Existing, Remaining Monolithic Reinforced Concrete Inclined Pillar Foot. 4.20-3 For The Trigger From Above, Detailed According To The Attached Descriptions.
