The Hus Corporation (Henceforth Hus Or The Client) Requests Applications For Participation In The Dynamic Supplier Register For The Procurement Of Individual Ophthalmologist Reception And Examination Visits. The Scope Of The Procurement Includes The Individual Reception And Examination Services In The Specialty Field Of Ophthalmology (Hereinafter Referred To As The Service Or Services) Procured For Outpatients Under The Responsibility Of The Customer. Individual Reception And Examination Services Mainly Include Necessary Ophthalmologist Examinations Based On A Referral From A Health Center Doctor Or Follow-Up Examinations Of A Single Illness Or Surgery.
