The Subject Of The Contract Is: Design, Execution, Delivery And Assembly Of Museum Display Cases With Special Parameters In Accordance With Annex No. 1 To The Regulation Of The Minister Of Culture And National Heritage Of September 2, 2014 On Securing The Museum Collections Against Fire, Theft And Other Danger Threatening Their Destruction Or Loss (Journal Of Laws Of 2014, Item 1240).2. The Ordering Party Requires That The Showcases Offered Are Brand New, Manufactured Not Earlier Than In 2022, Technically Efficient, Free From Construction, Material And Workmanship Defects, Complete, Meeting The Minimum Requirements Specified In Point 3, Ready For Use.3. The Showcases Must Meet The Following Criteria: A) Total Number Of Showcases - 13 Pieces; B) Dimensions Of Each Showcase - 85 Cm Wide X 90 Cm Long X 190 Cm High; C) Type Of Showcases - Free-Standing; D) Load-Bearing Structure Of The Display Case - Body Glazed On 4 Sides, Without Corner Vertical Profiles, Frames Of The Lower And Upper Rim Made Of Aluminum Profiles And Sheets, Powder Coated In Matt, Gray Color, Steel Substructure Allowed, The Display Case Opens Tilted On One Side (Hinges Mounted In A Invisible); E) Each Showcase Should Be Equipped With 2 Disc Locks Meeting The Requirements Of Increased Burglary Resistance, In The Central Key System, Mounted Invisibly; F) Glazing Of Showcases In P4a Class, Optiwhite Glass; G) Glass Shelves In Each Of The Showcases - Gr. 8 Mm, 3 Pcs., For Each Display Case, With The Possibility Of Adjusting The Height Of The Assembly Of Shelves; H) Each Display Case Should Be Equipped With A Drawer For Storing Gel Preparations Regulating Humidity In The Amount Of 3 Pcs. 500 Gram Portions Of The Gel; I) Upper Lighting Panel With 8 Luminaires Led, Light Color From 3500 K To 3500 K Color Rendering Index Cri >90, Constant Lighting Angle; Color Rendering Cri >90, Adjustable Light Intensity, Led Luminaires For Changing The Lighting Angle; K) Adaptation To The Installation Of A Reed Detector Of The Burglary And Assault Alarm System (Including A Wired One Without Visible Wiring); That Do Not Cause A Corrosive Environment); M) Ensuring That The Display Case Can Be Moved Along Horizontal Passageways And Between Floors With The Use Of An Elevator (The Exhibition Of The Goldsmith Art Museum Is Located On 3 Floors), Performed By The Ordering Partys Staff, By Using A Specialized Trolley, Which Is An Integral Part Of The Offer, Allowing For Relocation Of Each Display Case In The Elevator Cabin With Dimensions Of 90 Cm (Length) X 200 Cm (Height) Or The Use Of Another Similar Solution Ensuring The Mobility Of The Display Case And Allowing For Free Movement Of The Display Case In The Elevator Cabin While Ensuring That The Structure Of The Display Case Is Locked. 4. Showcases Delivered To The Ordering Party Must Meet Special Parameters In Accordance With Appendix No. 1 To The Regulation Of The Minister Of Culture And National Heritage Of September 2, 2014 On Protecting The Museums Collections Against Fire, Theft And Other Dangers Threatening Their Destruction Or Loss (Journal Journal Of Laws 2014, Item 1240)5. Under This Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver And Assemble Display Cabinets At The Ordering Partys Premises On Its Own And At Its Own Expense. He Is Also Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With Full Technical Documentation Of The Executed Showcases. 5. The Assembly Service Should Also Include Staff Training In The Use And Operation Of Showcases. 6. Place Of Delivery: Seat Of The Ordering Party: Muzeum Nadwiślańskie In Kazimierz Dolny
