Tenders Are Invited For Modernization Of The Building Of The Hotel And Tourist School Complex In Zakopane, High Part - Replacement Of The Central Heating System - Ii Stage

1. The Subject Of The Tender Is The Selection Of A Contractor Who Will Perform Construction Works For The Ordering Party Consisting In The Modernization Of The Building Of The Hotel And Tourist School Complex In Zakopane At 1/5 Partyzantow Street, High Part - Replacement Of The Central Heating System – Stage Ii.2. The Works Being The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Carried Out In The Following Scope: 1) Dismantling And Disposal Of The Old Central Heating System; 2) Cutting Grooves, Punching Holes; 3) Installation And Insulation Of Pipelines; 4) Leakage Tests; 5) Commissioning And Adjustment Of The Central Heating System; 6) Finishing Works And Painting; In Accordance With The Technical Documentation Constituting Appendix No. 7 To The Swz, In Accordance With The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Hereinafter Referred To As Stwiorb Constituting Appendix No. 8 To The Swz, And In Accordance With The Bill Of Quantities Constituting Appendix No. 9 To The Swz. That After Completing The Works Specified Above, The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform:7) Measurements Of Tests And Checks Required By The Regulations And As-Built Inventory In The Scope Of All Performed Works.3. Due To The Fact That The Works Are Carried Out In An Active Facility, The Contracting Authority Stipulates That The Contractor, Prior To Commencing The Works Covered By The Contract, Is Obliged To: 1) Develop And Provide The Contracting Authority With A Schedule For The Execution Of Works. The Ordering Party Stipulates That The Contractor Is Obliged To Agree The Schedule Of Works Implementation With The Director Of The Hotel And Tourist School Complex In Zakopane Before Starting The Works So That During The Works - It Does Not Cause Excessive Nuisance For The Functioning Of The School.4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of This Order Includes: 1) Technical Documentation - Appendix No. 7 To The Swz; 2) Stwiorb - Appendix No. 8 To The Swz - In The Part Containing Sets Of Requirements For The Performance And Assessment Of The Correctness Of The Performance Of Individual Works; 3) Bill Of Quantities - Appendix No. 9 To Swz. Note! The Employer Informs That The Technical Documentation Provided Should Be Considered Only In The Scope Of The Heating Installation, While The Other Installations Listed Therein Are Not Covered By The Scope Of This Tender Procedure.5. The Ordering Party Informs That Whenever The Descriptions Of This Tor, Including The Technical Documentation, Contain: Names Of Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, If This Could Lead To The Privilege Or Elimination Of Certain Contractors Or Products It Is Assumed That Such Indications Are Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent And Should Be Treated Only As An Aid In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract.6. The Purpose Of This Procedure Is To Obtain The Final Effect In The Form Of Construction Works With The Functionality And Purpose Specified In The Swz, And Not To Perform Them Using Materials And Equipment Of A Specific Brand Or Manufacturer. For These Reasons, The Contracting Authority Has Exercised Due Diligence To Ensure That The Subject Of The Contract Is Not Described By Indicating Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or Specific Process That Could Lead To Favoring Or Eliminating Certain Contractors Or Products. If, Despite This, It Turns Out That Such Indications Appear In Any Place Of The Swz And In The Annexes Thereto, They Should Not Be Treated As Requirements Relating To The Subject Of The Contract, And Should Be Considered Only In Terms Of Indications Of An Informative Nature.7. The Conditions For The Performance Of The Contract Are Included In The Draft Contract, Which Is Attached As Annex 6 To The Tor.
