The Subject Of This Contract Is The Organization Of Study Visits To Italy And Portugal As Part Of The Project Entitled The University Of Great Possibilities - A Program To Improve The Quality Of Education Process Management And The Quality Of Teaching No. Powr. 03.05.00-00-Z201/18 Co-Financed By The European Union Under The European Social Fund, Divided Into Parts: 1) Part 1 - Organization Of A Study Visit To Parma On 13/06/2023-17/06/2023 As Part Of The Project Mon. The University Of Great Possibilities - A Program To Improve The Quality Of Education Process Management And The Quality Of Teaching No. Powr. 03.05.00-00-Z201/18 Co-Financed By The European Union Under The European Social Fund;2. The Detailed Specification Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In The Document Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Which Is Appendix No. 1 To Swz.3. The Employer Allows The Submission Of Equivalent Offers In Accordance With Art. 99 Sec. 5 And Art. 101 Sec. 4 Of The Public Procurement Law, However, The Requirements And Technical Parameters Provided By The Contracting Authority, As Well As The Standards Specifying The Subject Of The Contract, Are The Minimum Conditions That The Contracting Authority Expects To Meet. The Contractor Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions Is Obliged To Prove That The Solution He Offers Meets The Requirements Specified By The Employer. In This Case, The Contractor Shall Attach To The Offer A List Of Equivalent Solutions, Respectively, Along With Its Description Or Standards. The Employer Allows Solutions Equivalent To The Described Standards, Certificates, Technical Assessments, Approvals And Technical Specifications.
