The Main Design For The Construction Of The New Elementary School Vladimir Nazor In Podgorica Was Prepared In Line With The Needs Of The Investors: The Ministry Of Education, Montenegro. The Building Is Located On Flat, Irregularly Shaped Terrain.The Area Of The Newly Formed Plot For The Construction Of The Elementary School Building Is 15,750 M2. The School Was Designed As A Modern And Functional Facility For 1100 Students In Two Shifts. The Maximum Number Of Floors Of The School Is Po+P+1, With The Maximum Total Area Of The Buildings Defined As 6M2 Net Per Student For Closed Areas And 1015M2 Per Student For Open Areas. The Planned Gross Area Of The Building Is About 5579 M2. The Existing Sports Hall Will Be Subject To Reconstruct Activities. The Landscaping Of The School Yard Includes Sports Fields, Landscaping, Construction Of Footpaths, Parking Areas, And The Like.
