The Object Of Procurement Is The Device-Dependent Aluminum Foil Pans And Covers Of Aluminum Foil Pans (Pet Cardboard) Used By The Service Center Helsinki (Customer) In Its Operations. In Appendix 2, Product Appendix, The Products Currently In Use By The Customer Are Presented, Which Are Divided Into Aluminum Foil Pans (4 Pcs) And The Lids Of The Aluminum Foil Pans In Question (3 Pcs). The Customer Uses Aluminum Foil Pans And Lids Of Aluminum Foil Pans In Two Different Lines Of His Production Plant (Oven And Diet Line), Whose Usage Process Is Described Below. The Offered Products Must Be Suitable For The Production Process Used By The Customer As Such, Without Any Changes Required To The Customers Production Process. Process Description, Furnace Line: The Customers Production Plant Produces Food To Be Cooked In Aluminum Foil Pans. The Amount Of Filling In The Molds Is 1.5 Kg - 2.5 Kg, Depending On The Product To Be Made And Its Composition. The Customer Dispenses The Manufactured Products Into Aluminum Foil Pans On The Oven Lines Dispensing Line. At The Beginning Of The Dispensing Line, The Aluminum Foil Trays Are Stacked In The Dispenser With The Bottom Up. The Aluminum Foil Pans Are Then Automatically Transferred From The Dispenser One By One With The Help Of A Suction Cup Arm To The Bottom By Grasping The Dispensing Line, Where The Aluminum Foil Pans Are Filled And From Where They Automatically Move Along The Transport Line To The Rack Oven For Cooking. After Cooking, At The Exit Of The Grate Oven, The Aluminum Foil Pans Are Automatically Moved Along The Transport Line To The Pans Capping Device. After Loading, The Products Are Automatically Transferred To Cooling, Which Consists Of Two Different Cooling Devices. After Cooling, The Products Move Automatically Along The Transport Line To The Box Unit, Where The Aluminum Foil Trays Are Stacked In Two Layers. In The Final Step, Full Stacks Of Boxes Are Transported To The Collection Warehouse. Process Description, Diet Line: The Customers Production Facility Produces Special Diet Products That Are Cooked In Aluminum Foil Pans Or Packed In Them. Taking The Aluminum Foil Pans From The Pan Stack For Dispensing Is Done Manually And The Products Are Dispensed Into The Aluminum Foil Pans By Hand. The Products Can Be Served Hot Or Cooked In A Pan. After Dispensing, The Aluminum Foil Pans Are Moved By Hand Either To The Oven Cart For Cooking Or After Dispensing The Already Heated Products To The Cooling Cart So That The Folding Edges Are Not Closed At This Stage. The Hot Products In The Oven/Cooling Cart Are Manually Moved To The Cooling Room. After Cooling, Lids Are Placed On The Aluminum Foil Pans And The Aluminum Foil Pans Are Fed To The Lid Closing Line Manually. The Closing Line Folds The Folding Edges Of The Aluminum Foil Tins And Pushes The Closed Package Out For Manual Cartoning, Where The Aluminum Foil Tins Are Stacked In A Maximum Of Three Layers. The Product Titles, The Number Of Product Titles And The Place Of Delivery Of The Products Presented In The Sub-Areas Of The Tender Request Are Estimates Presented By The Customer For Four (4) Years And Only Serve As Support For Making The Offer. Product Titles And Their Numbers May Vary And Change During The Contract Period In Relation To The Customers Needs. Reasons For The Changes Can Be, For Example, Changes Related To Production Volumes And The Customers Own Order Book, As Well As Changes Related To The Customers Operations, Portfolio And Volume. The Customer Does Not Commit To Any Purchase Quantities During The Contracts Validity. If The Order Quantities Of The Products Or The Quantities Of The Delivery Locations Of The Products Change During The Contract Period, This Must Not Have An Effect On The Pricing Provided By The Offeror In His Offer. The Price Change Conditions Are Described In The Procurement Contract, Which Is Attached To This Request For Tender.
