Two Bids That Meet The Minimum Requirements And Receive The Most Points Are Selected From Sub-Area 1. The Customer Has Set Aside A Maximum Of 40,000 Euros/Experiment (Vat 0%) For The Implementation Of Experiments According To Subsection 1. The Total Cost Of The Offered Trial Must Not Exceed 40,000 Euros. Offers More Expensive Than This Will Be Excluded From The Competition. The Tenderer Must Present The Total Number Of Working Hours Required For The Experiment In The Implementation Plan Submitted As An Attachment To The Offer. However, The Hourly Price Of One (1) Person-Hour Is Used As A Comparison Price. The Number Of Participants Must Be At Least 100 People In The Bid Submitted In Section 2 Of The Request For Bids. The Sub-Area 2 Experiment Can Be Implemented In Areas With A Population Base Of At Least 100,000 Inhabitants. One Offer That Meets The Minimum Requirements And Received The Most Points Is Selected From Sub-Area 2. The Customer Has Reserved A Maximum Of 120,000 Euros/Experiment (Vat 0%) For The Implementation Of The Experiment According To Subsection 2. The Total Cost Of The Offered Trial Must Not Exceed 120,000 Euros. Offers More Expensive Than This Will Be Excluded From The Competition. The Tenderer Must Present The Total Number Of Working Hours Required For The Experiment In The Implementation Plan Submitted As An Attachment To The Offer. Bidders Propose A Schedule Suitable For The Experiment They Offer With An Implementation Plan Attached To The Bid. The Offer Is Submitted And The Experiment Is Reported In Finnish. The Tender Can Be Submitted By One Party, A Group (In Which Case The Parties Together Form The Tenderer And Are Responsible For Providing The Service) Or The Tenderer Can Use Subcontracting. The Value Of The Procurement Exceeds The Eu Threshold Value According To Section 26 Of The Procurement Act. The Procurement Follows The Law On Public Procurement And Concessions (1397/2016, Hereinafter The Procurement Act). The Estimated Total Value Of The Acquisition Is 200,000 Euros (Without Vat) And It Is Divided Into Two Sub-Areas As Described Above.
