Periodic Delivery Of Stationery For The Needs Of The Ministry Of Education And Its Structures In The Country - Reserved Order Pursuant To Art. 12, Al. 1, T. 1 From Record. The Object Of This Public Procurement Is Delivery Within The Meaning Of Article 3, Paragraph 1, Item 2 Of The Public Procurement Act. The Scope, Volume And Requirements For The Execution Of The Public Procurement Are Described And Regulated In The Technical Specification, Part Ii Of The Participation Documentation. Carrying Out Activities For The Supply Of Office Materials For The Needs Of The Mma And Its Structures In The Country, By Types And Quantities, For Which The Characteristics And Requirements Are Presented In The Technical Specification - Appendix No. 1, An Integral Part Of The Documentation. Deliveries Of The Goods Will Be Made Periodically, After Receipt Of Prior Written Requests From The Contracting Authority. The Quantities Indicated In The Technical Specification Are Indicative/Forecast And The Deliveries Depend On The Current Needs Of The Bma. The Contracting Authority Has No Obligation To Declare (Order) The Entire Quantity And/Or All The Nomenclatures. Within The Framework Of The Contract Term, The Contracting Authority, Depending On Its Current Needs, Will Declare The Necessary Quantities Of Goods Until The Estimated Value Is Reached.
