The Contracting Authority Wishes To Establish A Dynamic Procurement System (Hereinafter: Dbr) For The Purpose Of Preparing Concept Plans And Study Plans For The Reconstructions Necessary To Prepare For The Further Extension Of The Operating Time Of The Paks Nuclear Power Plant (Paksi Atomer m ) Operated By The Contracting Authority Mvm Paksi Atomer m Zrt. The Paks Nuclear Power Plant Is A Vver440/213 Type Nuclear Power Plant. The Contracting Authority Wishes To Divide The Dbr Into The Following 3 Categories: 1. Preparation Of Concept Plans For Equipment-Level Reconstructions And Repair Interventions 2. Conceptual Design Of System-Level Reconstructions 3. Preparation Of Concept Plan And Study Plan For Electrical And Control Technical Changes During The Implementation Of Specific Public Procurements Within The Framework Of The Dbr, The Contracting Authority Shall Comply With The Kbt. On The Basis Of 107, Paragraph (2), The Exact Technical Description And Contractual Conditions For The Specific Public Procurements To Be Implemented In The System Shall Be Made Available To The Economic Operators Participating In The Dbr At The Same Time As The Invitation To Tender Is Sent. The Planned Total Duration Of The Dbrs Existence: 60 Months The Contracting Authority Defines The Duration Of The Dbr In Accordance With Kbt. On The Basis Of Section 107, Paragraph (9), You Can Change It By Publishing An Announcement Specified In A Separate Law. The Planned Magnitude Of The Dbr: For The Entire Period (60 Months): After The Technical Questions To Be Answered Have Arisen, The Contracting Authority Decides On Ordering The Creation Of A Concept Plan And/Or A Study Plan. The Expected Number Of Tasks During This Period In The 3 Categories Together: Approx. 15 Technical Concepts And/Or Study Plans, However, The Contracting Authority May Deviate From This In Both Directions, Depending On The Emerging Needs.
