Pavco Requires The Contractor To Have The Following Qualifications: Be Experienced: Has Completed Three (3) Similar Projects, In Size And Scope; Be Certified To Sspc Qp 1 – Field Coating Application; And Have Appropriate Resources Available To Meet The Substantial Performance Of Work Deadline Of September 30, 2023.
