Execution Of Construction Works Related To The Execution Of The Water Supply System, Sanitary Sewage System With A Sewage Treatment System, Technological Heat And Central Heating In Accordance With The Attached Drawings J-1, J-2, J-3 And The Descriptive Part For The Renovated Department Of Pathomorphology In The Part Of The Specialist Dissecting Room Of The Hospital. Dra. Sokołowskiego In Wałbrzych. The Design Documentation Was Developed By Pracownia Projektowa Instalacyjna Mgr Inż. Magdalena Klonowska-Nieczypor With Its Registered Office In Wałbrzych At Ul. Ludowej 1 C. The Scope Of Construction Works Will Include: - Disassembly Of The Existing And Redundant Water Supply, Sanitary, Technological Heat And Central Heating Installations - Execution Of Water Supply And Sanitary Installations With A Sewage Treatment System, Technological Heat And Central Heating In Accordance With The Attached Architectural And Construction Design. - Other Works Specified In The Design Documentation Regarding The Subject Of The Contract, As Well As Fulfillment Of All Requirements And Obligations Resulting Therefrom. The Purpose It Is To Serve. The Ordering Party Absolutely Requires A Site Inspection And Confirmation Of Its Completion By An Authorized Employee Of The Hospital. Installation Of Sanitary Sewage System With A Sewage Disinfection System. Sanitary Sewage From The Utensils Is Collected To The Risers And Discharged To The Existing Connection. Sewage Drainage From The Section Rooms Has Been Designed, Which Will Be Cleaned In The Uv-Hosp-2 Device For Sewage Disinfection, And Then Connected To The Sewage System And Discharged With The Existing Connection. All Ducts Inside The Buildings Should Be Made Of Pvc Pipes And Fittings. Penetrations Through Structural Partitions Should Be Made In A Steel Casing Pipe Sealed With A Sealant. After Completing The Masonry And Finishing Works, Mount And Connect The Fittings And Sanitary Equipment (White Assembly). Connect The Accessories In Accordance With The Drawings. Mount Revisions On Vertical And Horizontal Sections. All Ducts Inside Buildings Should Be Made Of As Low-Noise Pvc Pipes And Fittings. Penetrations Through Structural Partitions Should Be Made In A Steel Casing Pipe Sealed With A Sealant. After Completion Of Masonry And Finishing Works, Fix And Connect Fittings And Sanitary Equipment (White Assembly). Connect Accessories According To The Drawings. Mount Revisions On Vertical And Horizontal Sections. Wind Vents Should Be Installed 60 Cm Above The Roof Level. The Pipes Should Be Mounted To The Structure With Brackets Insulated From The Pipe With A Flexible Washer, Every 1 M Below The Diameter Of 110 Mm, Every 1.25 Above The Diameter Of 110 Mm. Raw Sewage From The Pathomorphology Department Will Be Led To The Pt Technological Pumping Station By Means Of A Dz160mm Pvc Sanitary Sewer. The Pt Pumping Station Will Be Equipped With One Pump With A Cutting Knife. The Pumping Station Should Have A Retention Capacity Of Not Less Than Vret = 0.3 M3. The Pt Pumping Station Has Been Designed As A Tank With Dimensions Lw X Bw X Hw = 0.9 X 0.7 X 1.20 M, Made Of Plastic Of Appropriate Strength. The Tank Will Be Located Under The Floor Of Room No. 008 In A Reinforced Concrete Chamber With Dimensions Lw X Bw X Hw = 1.3 X 1.1 X 1.04 M. This Chamber, After Installing All Pipelines, Will Be Raised To The Floor Level. The Pumping Station Will Be Covered With A Corrugated Sheet Flush With The Floor Tiles. Wastewater From The Pt Pumping Station Will Be Pumped To The Disinfection Device Installed In Room 008, Where It Will Be Irradiated With Uv Rays In Reactors Arranged In Series In One Row. The Tank Should Have An Emergency Retention Not Lower Than V_Aw=0.3M3. In Addition, An Emergency Overflow To The Hospitals Sanitary Sewage System Will Be Installed In The Tank Of The Pt Pumping Station. The Staff Will Be Notified Of The Overflow In The Pt Pumping Station By An Alarm From The Sa Automation Cabinet. Disinfected Sewage Will Be Discharged To The Existing Φ160 Pipeline And Further To The Municipal Sewage System. Test Valve); Devices And Components In Direct Contact With Sewage Should Be Made Of Corrosion-Resistant Materials, E.G. Stainless Steel, Appropriate Plastics, Etc. Sensors Connected To The Sa (Icpia) Cabinet Will Be Placed In All Key Points For Operation And Safety. The Monitoring System Will Control Any Irregularities In The Functioning Of The Uv Station Equipment. The Station Will Be Equipped With An Electromagnetic Flowmeter, Enabling Measurement Of The Flow Rate Of Sewage Flowing To Disinfection. Signals From The Flow Meter Enable Even Feeding Of Sewage To The Disinfection Chambers. Control, Monitoring And Control Of The Operation Of The Entire Installation Should Be Carried Out By A Plc Controller With A Touch Panel, In Which Technical Information On The Most Important Parameters Of The Devices Should Be Available, Including Current Indications Of The Working Times Of The Most Important Components And Performance Of Maintenance Activities Such As Cleaning, Replacement Of Uv Lamps, Etc. Power Supply And Connection Of Control And Measurement Equipment And Automation According To The Workshop Design Of The Supplier Of Wastewater Disinfection Technology. The Pt Pumping Station Tank And Reactor Chambers Should Be Included In The Mechanical Supply And Exhaust Ventilation System. Installations Should Be Made In Accordance With The Design And: Cobrti Instal Requirements, Assembly Instructions Of The Manufacturers Of The Technologies And Materials Used, Construction Law, Health And Safety And Fire Protection Regulations. Tests In Accordance With The Cobrti Instal Requirements. The Route Of The Installation, Diameters, Material, Slopes, Distances According To The Drawing. All Metal Elements Of The Heating System Should Be Covered With Equalizing Connections. And Devices.
