Tenders Are Invited For Medical Transport Service By S-Type Ambulance With Outgoing Team

1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of Medical Services - Medical Transport In An Emergency Ambulance Type S, Patients Of The Provincial Specialist Hospital In Legnica, Who Are In A State Of Imminent Life-Threatening Condition Requiring Prompt Medical Intervention, Administration Of Non-Standard Drugs Or Strict Supervision During Transport To The Hospital Or Other Places Indicated By Of The Ordering Party.2. Medical Transport Services Will Be Provided Round The Clock, On All Days Of The Week, In Accordance With The Ordering Partys Orders.3. The Transport Will Be Carried Out With A Specialist Team In The Following Way: A) Transport Of Patients Requiring Consultation With A Specialist Doctor Or A Diagnostic Test In Another Medical Facility (Collection Of The Patient, Transport, Bringing The Patient To The Place Of Consultation Or Examination, Transfer Of Medical Documentation, Collection Of The Patient After Consultation Or Examination Return Transport Of The Patient After Consultations/Examinations, Transfer Of The Patient And Medical Documentation), B) Transport Of Patients To Another Medical Facility In Order To Continue Treatment (Collection Of The Patient, Transport, Transfer Of The Patient And Medical Documentation).4. In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Contracting Authority Specified Quality Requirements Relating To At Least The Main Elements That Make Up The Subject Of The Contract - It Requires The Provision Of Services In Accordance With The Standards Set Out In The Regulations Governing This Scope Of Activity, Indicated In Particular In §3 Of The Draft Contract - Therefore It Uses Possibility Indicated In Art. 246 Sec. 2 Upzp.
