Part I - Reconstruction Of The Municipal Road No. 107703L In The Month Of Młynki The Reconstruction Of This Road Includes Two Sections: A Section With A Length Of 718.25 M. I.E. From Km 0+005.75 To Km 0+724.00 And A Section With A Length Of 458.60 M, I.E. From Km 0+724.00 To Km 1+182.60. The Scope Of The Investment For The Municipal Road No. 107703L Includes M Among Others: Execution Locally Along The Roadway On Both Sides Of The 0-31.5Mm Thick Crushed Aggregate Resistor. 30 Cm And 0.3 M Wide At The Degraded Road Edge; Asphalt With Avg. Gr. 4 Cm And A Width Of 6.1 M; · Asphalt Concrete Wearing Course, Thickness. 4 Cm And 6.0 M Wide. Execution Of Asphalt Concrete Exits To The Property; Execution Of Crushed Aggregate Exits; Height Adjustments Of The Existing Cobblestones Within The Existing Exits. Execution Along The Edge Of The Asphalt Roadway Improved Shoulders With Broken Aggregate 0.75 M Wide.  Implementation Of New Vertical And Horizontal Markings; The Detailed Material Scope Of The Investment Is Included In Annex 1A/1B To The Tor. The Detailed Scope Of The Parties Obligations Is Also Contained In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 3A/3B To The Swz, Respectively. 101 Sec. 1 Point 2 And Par. 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Contractor Should Assume That Such A Reference Is Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent. The Employer Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described. If Trademarks Are Used In The Documentation Constituting Appendix 1 To The Swz, It Should Be Considered That They Are Given Only As Examples And Define The Minimum Quality Parameters And The Required Standard. When Performing The Contract, The Contractor May Use Materials Or Devices From Any Manufacturer, Provided That These Materials And Devices Have Parameters Not Worse Than Those Described In The Documentation Constituting Appendix No. 1A/No. 1B To The Swz. The Contractor Who Uses Equivalent Devices Or Materials Will Be Obliged To Demonstrate During The Performance Of The Contract That The Devices And Materials Used By Him Meet The Requirements Specified By The Employer. The Employer Requires The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract, Taking Into Account The Adaptation To The Needs Of All Users, Including Ensuring Accessibility For People With Disabilities In Accordance With The Requirements Set Out In The Design Documentation Constituting Annex No. 1A/1B To The Swz, Construction Law Regulations And Conditions And Other Generally Applicable Regulations.
