Dynamic Acquisition System Pursuant To Article 55 Of Legislative Decree 50/2016 For The Supply Of Electromedical Equipment To The Health Service Bodies Of The Veneto Region. The Object Of This Procedure Is The Establishment Of A Dynamic Acquisition System Pursuant To Article 55 Of Legislative Decree 50/2016 For The Supply Of Electro-Medical Equipment In Favor Of The Veneto Ssr Entities And Any Other Adhering Entities. The Companies Concerned Are Informed That, Within The Context Of The Dynamic Acquisition System (Sda), Using The Electronic E-Procurement Platform Owned By The Lombardy Region (Sintel), The Undersigned Contracting Station Will Proceed To Send The Authorized Companies The Invitation To Participation In The Purchasing Procedures Of Electro-Medical Equipment In Favor Of The Aforementioned Bodies. Economic Operators Are Therefore Invited To Verify Their Regular Registration With The Sda In Question. It Is Recalled That The Invitation, Based On The Provisions Of The Lex Specialis Of The Sda And Current Legislation, Will Only Be Sent To Companies In Compliance With The Authorization Procedure.
