This Framework Agreement Having As Its Object The Provision Of Services Falling Within The List Of Social Services And Other Specific Services Mentioned In 3° Of Article R. 21231, It Is Entered Into In Accordance With The Rules Applicable To The Procedure Adapted From Articles L. 21231 And R 2123 1 3° Of The Public Procurement Code. The Framework Agreement Is Concluded For A Period Of One Year Renewable Twice Under The Same Conditions. The Amount Indicated Below Corresponds To The Maximum Total Amount For All Renewals Combined, The Maximum Annual Amount Being Set At 490,000.00 Euros (Excl. Tax). Within The Framework Of The Execution Of The Contract, The Periods Correspond To The School Periods
