The Subject Of The Contract Is Comprehensive Construction Works Related To The Expansion Of The Teaching Building Of The Existing Facility Of The Special Schools And Educational Institutions Located On Plots Of Register No. 320/10 And 320/12 At Ul. Lipska 2 In Radom (Precinct 0121-Godów, Sheet 131). Building Area (Total) Of The Facility - Approx. 1,125.51 M2; Area Usable Extension - Approx. 482.04 M2; Area Total Expansion - Approx. 551.08 M2 Volume Of The Expanded Part - Approx. 3,567.09 M3.2. The Scope Of Works Comprising The Subject Of The Contract Includes In Particular: 1) Demolition Works, Including: - Disassembly Of The Existing Heat Connection To The Building, - Disassembly Of The Existing Equipment Of The Substation, - Demolition Works Related To The Adaptation Of Existing Technical Rooms For The Needs Of The Substation 2) Construction Works, Including: A) General Construction Works: - Construction Of Foundations, - Construction Of External And Internal Walls Made Of Blocks According To The Design, - Construction Of Partition Walls, - Construction Of A Flat Roof, - Insulation Of Foundation Walls With Extruded Polystyrene Gr. 10 Cm, - Insulation Of External Walls With A Thickness Of 14 Cm Made Of Polystyrene With A Thin-Layer Façade Plaster With The Coefficient Λ ≤ 0.031 W/M2k, - Insulation Of The Flat Roof With A 18 Cm Thick Polystyrene Board And The Coefficient Λ ≤ 0.031 W/M2k, - Execution Of Internal Plaster, - Execution Of The Roof Covering, - Execution Of Flashings Made Of Coated Sheet, - Construction Works Related To The Reconstruction Of The Existing Technical Rooms In The Basement Into A Heating Substation Room. The Financial Limit Of The Contractors Remuneration For: - 2023: Does Not Exceed Pln 1,000,000.00 Gross, - 2024: Does Not Exceed Pln 1,200,000.00 Gross (Including The Amount Due To Any Contractual Indexation). May Be Increased In Connection With The Procedure Of Obtaining Additional External Funds To Finance The Subject Of The Contract Or Making Changes To The Budget Of The Municipality Of The City Of Radom In Terms Of Own Funds. A Possible Change (Increase) Of The Financial Limits Will Take Place In The Form Of A Declaration Submitted To The Contractor By The Ordering Party And Does Not Constitute An Amendment To The Contract. If The Scope Of The Works Performed Exceeds The Remuneration Limit For A Given Year, The Contractor Shall Submit An Invoice For Such Works In January Of The Following Year.2) Due To The Need To Ensure The Continuity Of School Operation, Works Related To The Disassembly Of The Heating Connection And All Works Related To The Reconstruction Of The Existing Technical Rooms For The Needs Of The Substation And The Transfer Of The Equipment Of The Existing Substation To A New Location Along With The Transfer Of The Substation To Operation And Connections Of The Existing Central Heating And Hot Water Installations In The Existing Part Of The Building, Should Be Performed In 2023 After The End Of The Heating Period Within A Maximum Of 2 Months From The Date Of Signing The Contract. The Schedule Of All Construction Works Should Provide For The Execution Of At Least The Open Shell Of The Extension In 2023. 3) Works Carried Out On The School Premises, During Its Operation, Should Be Carried Out In Consultation With The School Director. 4) Materials From The Disassembly Of The Heating Connection And The Measuring System Should Be Submitted By Protocol To Radomskie Przedsiębiorstwo Energetyki Cieplnej Radpec S.A.
