Framework Service Contract For The Procurement Of Mr Diagnostic Services Performing Imaging (Mr) Diagnostic Examinations In The Following Service Areas And With Expected Case Numbers: Subtask 1: Buda District Group (Districts I, Ii, Iii, Xi, Xii And Xxii) A Total Of 1,459 Cases Sub-Task 2: Northern Pest And Downtown District Group (Iv, V, Vi, Xiii, Xiv And Xv Districts) A Total Of 1063 Cases Subtask 3: Central East Pest District Group (Vii, Viii, X, Xvi And Xvii Districts) A Total Of 1026 Cases Subtask 4: Délpest District Group (Ix., Xviii., Xix., Xx., Xxi. And Xxiii Districts) A Total Of 1045 Cases The Task Of The Successful Tenderer (Service Provider) Is To Carry Out Imaging (Mr) Diagnostic Examinations In The Case Of A Suspected Tumor (Classified In The Bno Main Group C Or D) Indication Up To The Number Of Cases Specified Per Sub-Task, For The Duration Of The Contract, With The Winning Tenderers Own Owned Or Operated Equipment And Personnel, At Its Own Location In Accordance With The Valid In Possession Of Official Licenses As Follows: 1. As Stated In The Technical Description, Providing Capacity For Oncology-Related Mr Imaging Diagnostic Tests To Be Carried Out In A Professional, High-Quality Manner Up To The Fixed Amount And Number Of Cases From The Date Of Application For The Test Within 7 Days; The Service Provider Ensures That The Diagnostic Test Is Performed And Within 3 Days After The Test Is Performed Is Obliged To Evaluate It With The Assistance Of A Specialist Radiologist (7+3 Day Principle), To Issue A Report Containing The Results Of The Examination To The To The Person Entitled To Care And To The Doctor Of The Medical Institution Sending The Person Entitled To Care To The Examination, And Is Obliged To Upload The Electronic Health Services Area (Eeszt). 2. Ensuring Continuous, Online And Telephone Applications, Digital And Retrievable Appointments And Scheduling Of Registered Residents With A Registered Permanent Residence Or Place Of Residence In Budapest Who Are Entitled To Benefits, 3. The Service Provider Provides The Equipment Used For The Services At Its Own Expense And Ensures Their Complete Servicing And Maintenance And Their Continuous Availability During The Duration Of The Contract. 6. Up To 10% Of The Number Of Cases Specified In Relation To The District Group, The Service Provider Is Entitled To Those Outside The District Group, But Budapest To Provide The Mr Diagnostic Service, However, The Number Of Tests In This Case Cannot Exceed What Is Expected During The Duration Of The Contract Number Of Cases. 7.
