The Subject Of The Order Must Be New, Unused And Unrefurbished, In Perfect Condition And Must Meet All The Requirements Of The Current Legislation Of The Slovak Republic For The Purposes Of Use In A Medical Facility. An Integral Part Of The Contract Is The Transport Of The Subject Of The Contract To The Agreed Place Of Delivery, Unloading At The Place Of Delivery, Unpacking And Disposal Of Packaging, Handing Over Written Documents Necessary For The Acquisition Of Ownership Rights To The Subject Of The Contract, Provision Of User Documentation For The Subject Of The Contract Necessary For Proper And Error-Free Use Of The Subject Of The Contract For The Specified Purpose In Accordance With All Legal Regulations, In Particular, But Not Exclusively: Instructions For Use Of The Subject Of The Contract, Complete User Documentation, Technical Service Documentation, Completion And Commissioning Of The Subject Of The Contract (Installation) With The Issuance Of A Certificate Of Installation, Functionality Testing And Operability Of The Delivered Object Of The Contract, Training Of The Staff Of The Public Contracting Authority On The Correct Use Of The Object Of The Contract With The Issuance Of A Training Certificate Containing A List Of Trained Personnel, As Well As The Provision Or Provision Of Warranty Repairs In The Event Of Defects In The Object Of The Contract During The Warranty Period, Including Regular Safety And Electrical Inspections According To The Manufacturers Recommendations And The Valid Sr Legislation During The Warranty Period.
