The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is The Supply Of Bed Linen - Sheets Without Elastic With An Estimated Quantity Of 8,900 (Eight Thousand And Nine Hundred) Pieces Of 130/220 Cm And Pillowcases With An Estimated Quantity Of 4,900 (Four Thousand And Nine Hundred) Pieces Of 50/70 Cm. The Delivery Of The Items Covers All Activities Of Order Fulfillment - Loading, Unloading, Transportation And Other Accompanying Activities Ex-Officio At The Places Of Delivery In The Buildings Of The Contracting Authority And Includes All Costs For The Complete Fulfillment Of The Order To The Places Of Delivery, Incl. Transport Costs, Fees, Customs, Insurance And Others, According To The Requirements Specified In The Technical Specification. In The Event That The Total Price For The Execution Of The Order Is Lower Than The Announced Estimated Value, The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right As An Option According To Art. 21, Para. 1 Of The Zop, In Connection With Art. 5 Of The Ppzop, To Assign Additional Supplies Up To The Amount Of The Estimated Value By Concluding An Additional Agreement On The Basis Of Art. 116, Para. 1, Item 1 Of The Civil Code. Pursuant To Art. 80 Of The Ppzop, In Connection With Art. 12 Of The Zop, The Contracting Authority Retains This Public Procurement For The Participation Of Specialized Enterprises Or Cooperatives Of People With Disabilities, In Connection With The List Of Goods And Services Under Art. 12, Para. 1, Item 1 Of The Civil Code.
