The Subject Of The Order Is The Printing And Distribution Of Examination Materials For The Exam Confirming Qualifications In The Profession/Professional Exam In January-February 2024 (Winter Session) And June-July 2024 (Summer Session), Including Preparation For Printing, Printing And Preparation For Shipping (Sorting And Packing) And Distribution Of Examination Materials To Schools, Institutions, Examination Centers For The Exam Confirming Qualifications In The Profession/Professional Exam In Poland, Hereinafter Referred To As The Professional Exam. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Opz) Is Specified In The Appendices To The Tor: 1) Appendix 1A - Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Task I; 2) Annex 1B - Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Task Ii 3) Annex 1C - Additional Requirements For Examination Papers Annex 1C To The Tor, Due To The Protection Of The Confidential Nature Of The Information Contained Therein, Cannot Be Made Available On The Website Of The Proceedings. In Connection With The Above, The Ordering Party, Having Regard To The Provisions Of Art. 133 Sec. 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, Informs That Appendix 1C To The Swz Will Be Made Available To Contractors At The Seat Of The Central Examination Commission In Warsaw, At Ul. Lewartowskiego 6 (Main Secretarys Office), On Business Days (Monday-Friday, Excluding Public Holidays), From 9:00 Am To 3:00 Pm, From The Date Of Publication Of The Swz On The Website Of The Procedure Until The Deadline For Submission Of Tenders. Before Making The Content Of The Attachment Available, The Contractor Must Sign A Confidentiality Obligation, Containing The Requirements Related To Maintaining Its Confidential Nature According To The Content Specified In Appendix 1D To The Tor. 3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure That Activities Related To Access To The Content Of Examination Materials, I.E. Securing Them Against Unauthorized Disclosure, Are Performed Only By Persons Employed By The Contractor Or Subcontractor Under An Employment Contract Within The Meaning Of Art. 22 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974, The Labor Code, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Contract Template, Which Is Attached As Appendix 5 To The Swz. 4. Within 14 Days From The Date Of Signing The Agreement, The Contractor Undertakes To Provide Proof Of Having Concluded The Liability Insurance Policy Together With The Paid Due Premium. Liability Insurance The Contractor Is Obliged To Conclude And Maintain Civil Liability Insurance At His Own Expense During The Period Of Performance Of The Public Procurement Contract. The Liability Insurance Policy Must Meet At Least The Conditions Set Out In 2 Sec. 2029 Of The Contract Template, Appendix No. 5 To The Swz
