3.2 Description Of The Subject Of The Contract 3.2.1 List Of Works Related To The Maintenance Of Lighting, Which Is The Subject Of This Contract: 1) Carrying Out Systematic Inspection Of Lighting Installations In Order To Ensure Their Proper Technical Condition, Proper And Intended Use, Rational And Economical Use Of Electricity, Safety Of Service And Environment And Compliance With Environmental Protection Requirements. 2) Operation Of The Astonline.Pl Application As Part Of The Control Of Notifications Of Irregularities On Lighting Circuits Sent By The City Lighting Control System And Monitoring Of Power And Current Consumption On Individual Circuits. Specified By The Employer, Through The Lighting Control System. 4) Review (At The End Of The Calendar Year) Of Lighting Networks And Devices And Assessment Of Their Technical Condition In Terms Of Compliance With The Scope Of Works Covered By This Contract, Preparation Of An Annual Report And Applications On The Need To Modernize Lighting Installations. 5) Location Of Damage In Lighting Installations And Their Repair. As Part Of This Obligation, The Contractor Is Obliged To: A) Eliminate Hazards Resulting From Random Damage To Lighting Devices (E.G. Broken, Tilted Or Broken Pole, Broken Boom, Hanging Lamp Or Part Of It, Broken Or Stolen Lamp, Broken Door Of A Pole Recess Or Partition Box Networks, Devastated Pole Recess, Open Or Broken Lighting Cabinet, Etc.) Within Max. 3 Hours From The Moment Of Reporting The Threat, B) Bringing The Damaged Devices To The Correct Technical Condition - (E.G. Restoring Damaged Cable Connections After A Collision Of A Pole Or Several Poles So That The Rest Of The Lighting On A Given Street Functions Properly) - Within 48 Hours From The Moment Of Notification, C) Restoration Of Damaged Poles Within 30 Days From The Date Of Notification In The Amount Of Up To 5 Poles Per Year.
