Supply Of Vouchers And Check Culture. The Subject Of This Public Contract Is The Supply/Delivery (Hereinafter The Services), For The Public Establishment Of The Palace, Museum And National Estate Of Versailles (Hereinafter Epv) And The Research Center Of The Palace Of Versailles (Hereafter Crcv), On The One Hand Crop Checks And On The Other Hand Vouchers In The Form Of Checkbooks (Hereafter The Checkbooks Or Cheques). Unless Specific And Express Mention To The Contrary, The Notion Of Contracting Authority As Set Out In The Contract Is Understood To Define, Without Distinction, The Epv And/Or Crcv. The Epv Is The Coordinator Of The Group Of Orders Made Up Of The Two Aforementioned Contracting Authorities. As Such, Certain Acts Of Management Or Execution Of The Contract Will Fall Under Its Sole Competence.
