However, As These Strategies Provide A Pathway To Whole-Of-Society Transformation And As They Are The Vehicle To Achieve The Long-Term Goal Of The Paris Agreement, These Strategies Should Include Common Elements Such As Intermediate And Long-Term Vision/ Targets, A Clear Roadmap For Implementation, Investment Plans As Well As A Reporting And Review Mechanism.
