3.1 The Subject Of The Order Is: 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Modernization Of The Gymnasium And The Back Room At The School In Stara Błotnica On The Registration Plots No. 137/2, 135/5 And 134/4 Precinct Błotnica Stara. Painting Of Walls, Ceilings, Replacement Of Linings In Rooms Toilets And Showers As Well As The Replacement Of Floors In The Room. Pe Teacher, Equipment Warehouse And On The Mezzanine, As Well As Sanding And Varnishing The Parquet Floor In The Gym And Replacing The Balustrade On The Mezzanine. In Other Rooms, I.E. Changing Rooms, Vestibules And Corridor, The Existing Tarket Floors Remain. All Wooden Doors To These Rooms Should Also Be Replaced. The Existing Cast-Iron And Sheet Metal Radiators In The Gymnasium Should Be Replaced With Purmo Type Steel Radiators. Each Radiator Should Have A Cover Made Of A Laminated Board With Round Holes Cut Out. The Cover Should Have All Corners Rounded As In The Existing School Hall. In Room Four Shower Cabins Made Of Hpl Compact Laminate Were Designed. The Thickness Of The Hpl Boards Was Assumed To Be 12 Mm. Cabin Height 201 Cm, Ground Clearance 17 Cm, Depth 90 Cm, Width 95 Cm. The Cabin Doors Are Closed. Hpl Wall Panels Fixed To Aluminum Profiles. In Showers And Wcs, Washbasins And Compacts As Well As Washbasin And Shower Batteries Should Be Replaced, As Well As Wall And Floor Cladding Made Of Ceramic Tiles. Axial Spacing Of 12 Cm. Railing Height 1.10 M From The Floor, Posts Φ 50Mm Spaced Approx. 2.0 M. Every 5.85 M, The Post Is Fixed To The Floor At The Bottom And To The Roof Steel Girders At The Top, As With The Existing Railing. Made Of Plastic For Wood-Like Anti-Slip Ceramic Tiles, Previously Making Insulation With Two Layers Of Heat-Weldable Roofing Felt And A Pressure Layer Of Concrete, Thickness 6.5 Cm Reinforced With Steel Mesh With Meshes 15X15 Cm Made Of Wire Th. 4 Mm. On The Walls, Moldy Plaster Should Be Hammered Off, Fungus Removal And Then Crystalline Injections Should Be Performed As Horizontal Insulation. After Completing These Works, Renovation Plaster Should Be Applied. Wooden Doors Should Be Installed In The Warehouse Next To The Gyms Back Room, Walls And Ceilings Should Be Painted With Latex Paint. The Gyms Equipment Should Be Made In Accordance With The Bill Of Quantities. It Will Also Include The Unblocking And Repair Of The Band Drainage With Sewage Wells And The Replacement Of Equipment And Pumps At The Gymnasium.3. Modernization Of The Hall Should Be Carried Out With Due Diligence, In Accordance With The Bill Of Quantities Attached To The Tor And The Applicable Polish Standards And Laws, Principles Of Modern Technical Knowledge And Arrangements Made During The Execution Of The Works.4. The Bill Of Quantities Describes The Subject Of The Order In Detail, And The Requirements Specified At Least In One Place Are Binding For The Contractor. The Contractor May Not Use Errors In The Documents, And Should Immediately Notify The Employer Of Their Discovery, Who Will Make Appropriate Changes And Corrections. 5. The Contractor Should Take Into Account The Works Necessary For The Proper Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract, Not Included In The Bill Of Quantities, Which Cannot Be The Basis For The Contractor To Demand Additional Remuneration.6. Before Submitting The Offer, The Contractor Is Obliged To Inspect The Site At The Construction Site Being The Subject Of The Order And Submit A Statement - Attachment No. 4. The Risk Of Failure To Comply With This Obligation Shall Be Borne By The Contractor. In The Event Of Any Doubts Or Discrepancies As To The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Arising Both At The Stage Of The Tender Procedure And During The Execution Of The Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged To Indicate Them To The Employer In Writing. The Employer Sets The Date For The Site Visit On April 28, 2023 From 1:00 Pm To 3:00 Pm At The Public Primary School. Of The Holy Father John Paul Ii In Stara Błotnica, Stara Błotnica 49, 26-806 Stara Błotnica. 7. Arranging All Formalities And Costs Related To The Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract Is The Responsibility Of The Contractor And Is Included In The Price. The Place Where The Works Will Be Carried Out Will Have To Be Secured By The Contractor Against Access By Third Parties. Places For Modernization. The Contractor Shall Be Obliged To Ensure And Comply With The Health And Safety Conditions, Protect The Interests Of Third Parties, Repair Any Damage Caused During The Implementation, Protect The Property Related To The Modernization (The Contractors Materials And Equipment And The Property Of The User). 10. The Bill Of Quantities Of Works And Equipment Is Attached To This Specification Of The Contract Conditions (Swz). The Modernized Facility Is An Educational Facility And Will Be Used In Such A Way, Therefore The Work Schedule Must Be Adjusted In Such A Way As Not To Interfere With The Functioning Of The School.
