4.1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Delivery And Assembly Of Solar Collector Installations In The Frampol Commune, Which Is Implemented As Part Of The Eco-Effective Frampol Stage Iii Project.4.2. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes In Particular: 1) Delivery And Assembly, Based On The Technical Documentation Held By The Ordering Party, Of 10 Sets Of Solar Collector Installations, Together With A Structure Adapted To The Installation Site, 2) Assembly Of Solar Collectors Using System Assembly Kits And Connection Kits Intended For Of A Given Type Of Collector, The Optimal Angle Of Inclination Of The Collectors Should Be Used, Unchanged For The Collectors Exposure Throughout The Year, Ranging From 30° To 60°, And Positioning The Collectors As Far South As Possible, With An Acceptable Deviation From This Direction In The Range Of -45° Up To +45°, 3) In Order To Minimize The Risk Of Damage To The Collectors During Transport To The Roof, Transport Using A Crane Or System Ladders With An Electric Winch Should Be Used, 4) Disassembly Of The Existing Hot Water Heater And Disconnecting It From The Existing Installation (The Dismantled Heater Remains At The Disposal Of The Facility Owner), 5) Installation Of A New Hot Water Heater Together With A Mixing Valve And Integrating It Into The Hot Water Installation Circuit,6) Assembly And Insulation Of Pipelines Between The Collectors, The Pump Group And The Hot Water Heater,7) The Assembly Of The Pump Group,8) The Assembly Of Temperature Sensors In Solar Collectors, The Tank And The Boiler9) Connection Of The Existing Heat Source To The Hot Water Heater, 10) Flushing With Solar Fluid And Testing The Tightness Of The Solar Installation, 11) Filling, Venting And Appropriate Adjustment Of The Liquid Flow And Setting The Correct Pressure According To The Instructions Of The Solar Collector Manufacturer, 12) Finishing At Least In Accordance With The Original State Of The Installation Passage Area (Plaster / Insulation, Passages Through Walls, Ceilings, Roof) And Effective Protection Against Weather Conditions Of Places Outside The Building Where Construction Works Were Carried Out,13) Programming And Activation Of The Automation System,14) Connecting The Upper Coil Of The Storage Tank With A Second Heat Source ( Existing Solid Fuel Boiler) Together With A Complete Pump Group, It Should Be Connected To The Solar Controller And Its Operation Programmed In Cooperation With The Boiler,15) The Contractor Is Obliged To Train The User Of The Installation In The Use Of The Devices Used. Each Device Should Have The Technical And Operational Documentation Attached, A Manual Written In Non-Technical Language And A General Installation Diagram.4.3. The Detailed Scope Of Works (Description Of The Subject Of The Order) Is Contained In Appendix No. 1 To The Swz - Technical Documentation For The Installation Of Frampol Solar Collectors.
