1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Supply Of Electricity To The Building Szpital Lipno Sp. Z O. O. In Lipno, Within The Meaning Of And Pursuant To The Provisions Of The Energy Law, On Quality Standards Specified In Accordance With Applicable Regulations. The Estimated Amount Of Electricity Supply Is 1,200 Mwh. 2. The Contractor Shall Perform The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Specification And Applicable Regulations And Legal Acts, In Particular In Accordance With: 3.1. The Energy Law Of April 10, 1997 And Executive Acts, 3.2. Other Legal Acts, Regulations And Laws Related To The Subject Of The Contract. 3. The Amount Of Demand For Electricity Specified In Point 1 Is An Estimate In Order To Determine The Value Of The Order, Which Does Not Reflect The Actual Or Declared Use Of Electricity During The Term Of The Agreement. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Reduce Or Increase The Amount Of Ordered Electricity, Which Cannot Be The Basis For Any Claims On The Part Of The Contractor. 4. The Sale Of Electricity Will Take Place Under The Conditions Set Out In The Law, Including The Energy Law. 5. The Ordering Party Has A Metering And Billing System Adapted To The Consumption Of Electricity Under The Tpa Rules. 6. The Purchaser Is Connected To The Network Of The Distributor Energa-Operator S.A. With Its Registered Office In Gdańsk, Ul. Marynarki Polskiej 130, Based On An Agreement For The Provision Of Electricity Distribution Services. The Agreement Is Valid For An Indefinite Period.7. The Current Reserve Seller Of Electricity Is Energa Obrót S.A. With Its Registered Office In Gdańsk.8. The Ordering Party Has No Contracts/Annexes Concluded As Part Of Loyalty Promotion Campaigns That Prevent The Conclusion Of A New Sales Contract. 9. The Ordering Party Informs That The Possible Procedure Of Changing The Electricity Supplier Will Be Carried Out For The Thirteenth Time. 10. The Ordering Party Shall Grant To The Contractor Selected In The Tender Procedure An Appropriate Power Of Attorney To Submit, On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, The Concluded Contract For The Sale Of Electricity To The Dso And To Perform The Activities Necessary To Carry Out The Process Of Switching The Supplier At The Dso According To The Template Used By The Contractor, And Shall Provide All Necessary Information Related Thereto, In Including: - Company Name And Address; - Description Of The Collection Point; - Address Of The Collection Point (City, Street, Apartment Number, Code, Commune); - Tariff Group (Current And New); - Contracted Capacity; - Planned Annual Energy Consumption; - Counter Number; - Distribution System Operator; - Name Of The Current Seller - Number Of The Current Contract - Date Of Conclusion And Notice Period Of The Current Contract - Ppe Registration Number.11. The Billing Date For Electricity Consumption Should Be Consistent With The Billing Date For The Electricity Distribution Service.12. The Settlement Period For Individual Ppe Is 1 Month, From The 1St To The Last Day Of The Month.13. The Employer Expects The Dso To Acquire And Transfer (As Before) To The Seller Of Electricity Measurement And Billing Data For Consumption Points. 14. The Ordering Party Obliges The Contractor To Obtain All Necessary Information That May Be Necessary To Prepare The Offer And Conclude The Contract. 15. Electricity Supplies Will Be Carried Out For A Period Of 12 Months From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract.16. The Agreement Will Enter Into Force For Each Consumption Point On June 1, 2023, But The Sale Of Electricity Will Start Not Earlier Than On The Date Of Successful Completion Of The Process Of Changing The Contractor And Not Earlier Than On The Date Of Effective Termination Of The Current Electricity Sale Agreement With The Previous Contractor.17 .
