The Order In The First Part Of The Project Entitled Reconstruction, Modernization And Change Of Use Of A Commercial Building Into A Cultural Center Includes The Preparation Of Complete Construction And Executive Documentation And The Performance Of The Following Works In The Scope Of: With The Implementation Of The Rainwater Drainage System; 2) Reconstruction Of The Buildings Interior By Constructing Partition Walls In The Dry Technology Of Plasterboards, Using C And U Type Aluminum Profiles And Filling Them With Mineral Wool And Vapor Barrier Foil; 3) Modernization Of The Cold Water And Hot Water Installations In The Scope Of Replacement Of Hot Water Draw-Off Points (Including The Construction Of New Toilets With Scrubbers, Washbasins, Sinks And Faucets) Along With The Construction Of New Pipelines With Full Fittings Protecting The Above-Mentioned Installation And Insulation Of Hot Utility Water Installations; 4) Adaptation Of The Facility To The Needs Of The Disabled - Construction Of A New Driveway For The Disabled Along With The Construction Of New Concrete Edging Enabling Entry To The Building Through The Main Entrance; 5) Renovation Of The Interior Of The Building By Performing Plastering Works And Finishing The Internal Walls With Glazed Tiles Up To The Height Of 2.1 M In The Sanitary Rooms And In The Kitchenette Up To The Height Of The Kitchen Countertop. In The Remaining Rooms, Paneling With Washable Latex Paint Up To A Height Of 2.0 M. Double Painting Of The Walls Above The Paneling And Glaze In All Rooms; 6) Renovation Of The Buildings Interior By Finishing The Floors With Stoneware; 7) Making A Suspended Ceiling; 8) Installation Of Internal Doors; 9) Replacement Of External Wooden Windows With New Ones Made Of Pvc With A Heat Transfer Coefficient Of U = 0.9 W/M2k; 10) Replacement Of External Steel Doors With New Tight Aluminum Ones With Heat Transfer Coefficient U = 1.3 W/M2k; 11) Installation Of Convector Radiators; 12) Replacement Of The Electrical Installation With A New One; 13) Replacement Of Internal Lighting With New Energy-Saving Leds; 14) Installation Of Air Conditioning; The Detailed Scope Of Works Is Included In The Bill Of Quantities For The Task Reconstruction, Modernization And Change Of Use Of A Commercial Building Into A Cultural Center, Which Was Attached To The Functional And Utility Program For The Building Of The Culture Center In Stara Kornica, Which Constitutes Appendix 1A To Swz.
