Site Improvements At Multiple Locations . A Mandatory Site Visit/Pre-Bid Meeting Will Be Held On April 25, 2023, At 10:30 Hrs Alberta Time At Duggan Located At 10512 36A Avenue Nw, Edmonton. Please Refer To The Rfq Document For The Detailed Information. This Request For Quotations (The “Rfq”) Is An Invitation By Civida To Prospective Respondents To Submit Quotations For Site Improvements At Various Civida-Managed Residential Properties Located In The City Of Edmonton As Further Described In Section A Of The Rfq Particulars (Appendix B) (The “Deliverables”). Civida Is Seeking Interested General Contractors For Site Improvement Work At Eight (8) Civida Managed Residential Properties. The Site Improvement Work Has Been Split Into Two (2) Separate Packages As Follows: • Package A – Duggan, Richfield I & Ii, And Brander Gardens • Package B – Beacon Heights, Calder, Dickinsfield Iii, Rundle Heights I, And Rundle Heights Ii The Work Generally Consists Of Sidewalk Replacement And Concrete Curb Repairs, Pothole And Subgrade Repairs To Parking Lots, Repaving Work, Lot Regrading, And Associated Work. Detailed Specifications Are Set Out In Appendix G – Specifications Of This Rfq. Respondents Are Encouraged To Submit Pricing For Both Packages; However, Civida Intends To Select A Separate Contractor For Each Package. The Work Under This Rfq Shall Be Completed By October 1, 2023.
