Operational Knowledge Education Development 2014 - 2020, As A Pilot Of The Action School Without Barriers - Accessibility Plus Program.1.2 Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Investment Address: 95-080 Tuszyn Ul. Piotrkowska 15 Tuszyn Dz. Registration No. 152, 120, 121, 129 Rpm 14 In Tuszyn The Task Is Carried Out On The Basis Of A Construction Design And Building Permit - Decision No. 558/2022 Of November 22, 2022. Mark: Aib.6740.542.2022.A.S. Reg. No. 3695/2022. The Project Consists In The Reconstruction Of Non-Structural Elements Of The Building Complex Of The Public Primary School No. 1 In Tuszyn, Together With The Assembly Of An External Wall Lift For Ozn And 2 Platforms (First Floor And Second Floor) For Ozn. Performance Of All Works Necessary And Purposeful To Perform The Facility Provided For In The Architectural And Construction Design, In Particular It Includes The Performance Of The Following Works: 1. Execution Of Lighting Of The Pedestrian Route In Accordance With The Mds Requirements At The Access To The Building Along With The Electrical Installation; 2. Designation And Marking, In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Accessible School Model And The Law, 1 Parking Space For Persons With Disabilities. As Part Of The Action, A Road Sign Should Be Installed And The Curbs Lowered At The Intersection Of Pedestrian And Vehicular Traffic;3. Adaptation Of The Main Entrance, Taking Into Account The Removal Of Wipers, The Threshold, Contrasting Marking Of The Door Windows In Accordance With The Mds Requirements;4. Adaptation Of The Schools Emergency Exit, Taking Into Account The Change Of The Entrance Door Opening And Replacement Of The Door, Reconstruction Of The Stairs, Contrasting Marking In Accordance With The Mds Requirements, Elimination Of Doormats And The Threshold, Leveling The Area, Laying Paving Stones;5. Replacement Of Window And Door Carpentry In Connection With The Installation Of An External Wall Lift At The Main Entrance To The School Building;6. Construction Works Related To Preparation For The Installation Of An External Lift;7. Delivery And Assembly Of A Passenger Platform With A Self-Supporting, 3-Stop, Blind Structure With A Glass Elevator Shaft;8. Power Supply To The External Elevator And Platforms On The First And Second Floor;9. Reconstruction Of Stairs And Entrances To Classrooms And All Works Related To Preparation For The Installation Of Platforms;10. Delivery And Assembly Of 2 Straight Stair Platforms, Level Difference 92 Cm (On The First Floor) And 67 Cm (On The Second Floor);11. Adaptation Of Sanitary Rooms To The Needs Of People With Disabilities In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Mds On The First And Second Floor (Renovation Of Sanitary Rooms With The Relocation Of Partition Walls, Reconstruction Of Sanitary And Electrical Installations, Replacement Of Sanitary Fittings And Wall And Floor Linings, Installation Of Barrier-Free Accessories And Handrails). The Contractor Shall Provide At Least A 24-Month Guarantee And Warranty For The Subject Of The Contract. Within 7 Days From The Date Of Concluding The Contract, In Agreement With The Employer, The Contractor Shall Draw Up A Material And Financial Schedule For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract (Hereinafter Referred To As The Schedule). The Detailed Schedule Must Specify The Date Of Completion Of The Contract In Question And Include A Division Into Three Stages With An Indication Of The Scope Of Works In A Given Stage And Their Value. The Ordering Party Shall Pay The Contractor Remuneration In Tranches. The Payment Of Two Tranches Of Remuneration Will Take Place Each Time After The Completion Of The Separate Installments In Accordance With The Above. Division Of The Scope Of Works (Phases I And Ii, Respectively) As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract, And The Payment Of The Third Tranche Will Take Place After The Completion Of The Contract. The Amount Of Payments Of The Contractors Remuneration Tranches May Not Exceed The Value Of The Works Actually Performed In The Tranches. The Contractor Has The Right To Refer To The Program From The Date On Which It Was Approved. A Change To The Schedule That Does Not Result In A Change In The Date Of Completion Of The Works Is Not A Significant Change And Requires Only A Written Acceptance Of The Submitted Schedule By The Employer. 1.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In The Design Documentation (Architectural And Construction Design) And In The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And The Bill Of Quantities, Which, As A Supplement To The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Are An Integral Part Of The Contract Documentation. Works Not Included In The Design Documentation Should Be Included In The Offer Cost Estimate .1.4 The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With The Principles Of Technical Knowledge And Applicable Regulations And Standards.
