Flooring Repair Services It Is The Intent Of The County Of Santa Clara – Procurement Department To Establish A Term Contract With A Contractor To Provide Flooring Repair Services On An “As Needed” Basis (“Contract”). The Term Contract Shall Only Be Used For Repair Work And Replacement Of Currently Existing Structures With County Approved Equivalents. The Term Contract Shall Be For A Period Of One (1) Year, Unless Terminated Or Otherwise Amended. Total Contract Sum Shall Not Exceed Two Hundred Thousand Dollars ($200,000).
