The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase, Together With The Delivery And Installation, Of A Brand New Set For The Determination Of Nitrogen By The Kjeldahl Method, Consisting Of A Mineralizer And A Still. The Scope Of The Order Includes: Purchase, Together With Delivery And Installation, Of A Brand New Kjeldahl Nitrogen Determination Kit Consisting Of A Complete Mineralizer - 1 Piece - Mineralization In The Sample Block Before Further Kjeldahl Nitrogen Analysis And A Complete Semi-Automatic Still For Distillation Of Samples In Kjeldahl Analysis - 1 Piece. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract And Technical Parameters Are Contained In Annex 1 To The Tor. The Subject Of The Contract Should Meet The Requirements Of Applicable Eu Law, In Particular Regarding Occupational Safety And Environmental Protection. Required Regulations And Standards: Declaration Of Conformity And Ce Marking. The Contractor Shall Provide The Ordering Party With A Ce Declaration Of Conformity. The Ordering Party Requires That The Delivered Set Be Provided With A Guarantee For A Minimum Of 12 Months, Counted From The Date Of Signing The Acceptance Report. The Contractor Shall Provide Warranty And Post-Warranty Service And Purchase Of Spare Parts By The Ordering Party For A Period Of At Least 5 Years From The Date Of Expiry Of The Warranty Period. The Ordering Party Requires That The Set In Question Be Delivered To The Place Of Use, Installed And Launched (Delivery To The Łukasiewicz-Ins Analytical Laboratory Located On The Second Floor Of The Building. An Elevator Is Available To Bring The Set In.) And Training Of At Least Two People In Its Use. The Contractor Shall Provide A Manual In Polish Containing Essential Information Necessary For Proper Use And Operation By The User.
