1495-Nr-Jira Software (Atlassian) Data Center Incl. Support. Bwi Gmbh (Hereinafter Bwi) Is Considering A Framework Agreement For The Temporary Transfer Of Licenses (Rental) Including Software Maintenance And Support For The Jira Software Data Center Software (Hereinafter Jira) And Plug-Ins By Way Of An Open Procedure (According To 15 Vgv). The Framework Agreement Is Concluded With A Basic Term Of Three Years And An Optional Extension Of 12 Months In Accordance With Section 21 (6) Vgv. The Product Jira Software Server From The Manufacturer Atlassian And Some Plug-Ins Have Been In Use In The Bwi Since 2014. Jira Software Server Is Used To Support Agile Working Methods In Teams And Projects. Approximately 750 Projects Are Currently Being Actively Used In Jira Software Server. A Not Insignificant Proportion Of These Projects Is Used For The Planning And Control Of Customer Projects. The Manufacturer Will Discontinue The Software Maintenance Services For Jira Software Server On February 15, 2024, Which Is Why A Switch To Jira And Its Extensions In The Form Of Plugins Is Necessary.
