Tenders Are Invited For Construction Works Involving The Reconstruction And Renovation Of A Garage Building

1. The Subject Of The Contract Are Construction Works Consisting In The Reconstruction And Renovation Of The Garage Building Located At Ul. Polish Army 99 In Wałcz. The Reconstruction Includes Changing The Door Openings, Replacing The Roof Structure, Partial Demolition Of The Building And Making Fire Separation Walls. The Renovation Includes The Replacement Of Garage Doors, Replacement Of Window Joinery, Chipping And Laying Of New External Plaster, Building Partition Walls Separating Individual Premises. 2. The Replacement Of The Roof Structure And Its Covering Should Be Divided Into 4 Stages In Such A Way As To Ensure The Safety Of Property Against Possible Theft Or Precipitation For People Using Garage Premises. The Stages Should Be Divided Between The Designed Fire Separation Walls. The Employer Requires The Contractor To Start Work On Subsequent Stages Only After Completing The Works In The Previous Stage (This Applies In Particular To The Assembly Of Gates, Window Joinery And Replacement Of The Structure And Roof Sheathing). It Is Forbidden To Carry Out The Works In Parallel In Several Stages And To Leave Any Of The Garage Premises In Such A Condition That It Will Allow Easy Access For Third Parties And Those Who Pose A Risk Of Flooding The Property For A Long Time.
