The Subject Of The Order Is Divided Into 2 Separate And Complete Parts: Part No. 1 Anesthesiological Device Of A Higher Class With A Monitor Of Vital Functions Part No. 2 Anesthesiological Device Of The Highest Class With A Monitor Of Vital Functions The Subject Of The Order For Part No. 1 Is 10 Pieces Of Higher-Class Anesthesia Equipment With A Vital Functions Monitor, Of Which 2 Pieces Will Be Purchased As Part Of The Concluded Purchase Contract And 8 Pieces Will Be The Subject Of An Option. The Subject Of The Order For Part No. 2 Are 2 Pcs Of The Highest Class Anesthesiological Devices With A Vital Functions Monitor, Which Will Be The Subject Of The Purchase Within The Concluded Purchase Contract. The Subject Of The Order Must Be New, Unused And Not Refurbished, In Perfect Condition And Must Correspond To All The Requirements Of The Applicable Legislation Of The Slovak Republic For The Purposes Of Use In A Medical Facility. An Integral Part Of The Order Is The Transport Of The Object Of The Order To The Agreed Place Of Delivery, Unloading On Site Deliveries, Submission Of Written Documents Necessary For The Acquisition Of Ownership Rights To The Subject Of The Order, Provision Of User Documentation For The Subject Of The Contract Necessary For Proper And Error-Free Use Of The Subject Of The Contract For The Specified Purpose In Accordance With All Legal Regulations, In Particular, But Not Exclusively: Instructions For Use Of The Subject Of The Contract, Complete User Documentation, Technical Service Documentation, Completion And Introduction Of The Subject Of The Contract Into Operation (Installation) With The Issuance Of A Certificate Of Installation, Testing The Functionality And Operability Of The Delivered Subject Of The Contract, Training The Staff Of The Public Contracting Authority On The Correct Use Of The Subject Of The Contract With The Issuance Of A Certificate Of Training Containing The Name List Of The Trained Personnel, As Well As Providing Or Ensuring Warranty Repairs In Case Occurrence Of Defects In The Subject Of The Contract During The Warranty Period. All Written Documents Must Be Drawn Up In Slovak Or Czech.
