Performing A Geodetic As-Built Inventory In Accordance With Art. 57 Sec. 1 Point 5 Of The Construction Law.3. Obtaining A Permit To Occupy The Right-Of-Way And Pay Related Fees For The Duration Of The Works.4. In The Event Of Damage To The Existing Underground Utilities, Cables, Wires, Ducts, Etc., The Contractor Is Obliged To Repair The Damage And Bear All Related Costs.5. In The Event Of Damage To The Boundary Stones, The Contractor Shall Be Obliged To Reconstruct Them At His Own Expense.6. Restoration Of The Work Site And Infrastructure To The Original Condition.7. Tidying Up The Construction Site.8. The Contractor Is Obliged To Notify All Necessary Institutions And Network Managers About The Commencement Of Construction Works At Least 7 Days In Advance, Together With Obtaining Relevant Statements After The Completion Of Works, And Familiarize Himself With The Content Of The Arrangements Contained In The Design Documentation.9. Before Entering The Areas Owned By Natural Persons, The Contractor Is Obliged To Notify Them Of The Date Of Commencement Of Works, At Least 7 Days In Advance. After Completing The Works On Private Plots, The Contractor Is Obliged To Obtain A Written Statement From The Owner That He Does Not Raise Any Objections To The Works Performed And That The Area Has Been Tidied Up.10. At The Same Time, The Extension Of These Periods Is Possible. In Such A Case, Declaring A Longer Period Will Result In An Appropriate Score In The Offer Evaluation Criteria4. The Ordering Party Does Not Require The Contractor To Personally Perform Key Tasks Related To The Construction Works Covered By The Subject Of The Contract. 6.
