1.1 The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Task Entitled: Expansion Of The Specialist Orthopedic And Rehabilitation Hospital Górka - Construction Of A Medical Gas Installation For The Needs Of The Operating Block. As Part Of The Investment, The Górka Specialist Orthopedic And Rehabilitation Hospital Should Be Expanded In Terms Of Medical Gas Supply Sources, In Particular: Construction Of An Oxygen Plant, Nitrous Oxide Expansion Plant, Including External Oxygen And Nitrous Oxide Networks, And Construction Of A Medical Air Compressor Station.1.2 The Scope Of The Contract Includes In Particular: 1. Construction Of A Power Source For The Medical Gas Installation For The Needs Of The Existing Operating Block Located On The 4Th Floor Of The Building Of The Specialist Orthopedic And Rehabilitation Hospital Górka, I.E.: - Construction Of An Oxygen Plant Consisting Of A Liquid Oxygen Gasification Station And A Reserve Oxygen Expansion Plant, - Construction Of A Nitrous Oxide Expansion Plant, - Construction Of A Nitrous Oxide Expansion Plant, Medical Air Compressor Station, 2. Construction Of Foundations For The Equipment Of The Liquid Oxygen Gasification Station Along With The Fence. 3. Construction Of A Shelter In The Immediate Vicinity Of The Liquid Oxygen Gasification Station, On The Extension Of The Foundation Slab, Dedicated To The Reserve Oxygen Expansion Plant And The Nitrous Oxide Expansion Plant. 4. Construction Of Oxygen And Nitrous Oxide Networks Connecting The Planned Oxygen Plant With The Hospital Building.5. Installation Of Medical Gas Pipeline Installations In The Hospital Building Leading To The Operating Block, I.E.: - Oxygen Installation, - Nitrous Oxide Installation, - Medical Compressed Air Installation, 6. Equipment Of The Liquid Oxygen Gasification Station, E.G. With A Stationary Liquid Oxygen Tank With A Capacity Of 3200 L And An Atmospheric Evaporator With A Capacity Of 130 Nm3/H.7. Equipment Of The Reserve Oxygen Expansion Plant, E.G. With An Automatic, Two-Stage Reduction Board, With Priority To The Liquid Oxygen Tank With A Maximum Capacity Of 170 Nm3/H And Two 6-Cylinder Ramps.8. Equipment Of The Nitrous Oxide Repressurization Room, E.G. With An Automatic, Two-Stage Reduction Board With A Capacity Of 30 Nm3/H, An Emergency Power Supply Reduction Board, Three Single Double-Cylinder Ramps (6 Cylinders In Total) For Nitrous Oxide Cylinders With A Water Capacity Of 40 Litres.9. Compressor Station Equipment W: - Three Compressor Units, Scroll, Oil-Free With A Constant Capacity Of 0.35 Nm3/Min, Working Pressure Of 10 Bar And Engine Power Of 4.0 Kw, - Three Centrifugal Separators, - Two Compressed Air Expansion Tanks With A Capacity Of 0.3 M3 Each, - Two Air Treatment Stations For Medical Purposes, Equipped With Pre-, Fine And Dust Filters, - Dew Point Monitor, - Water And Oil Separator, - Master Controller With A Pressure Transducer Designed To Control The Operation Of Compressor Units.10. Execution Of Supply And Exhaust Ventilation Of The Compressor Station Room.11. Equipment Of Medical Gas Supply Sources With Operational Alarm System. Properly Prepared Signals Will Be Sent Via Signaling Cables, Which Will Be Led Out From Individual Power Sources And Led To The Gatehouse In The Hospital Building, Where The Central Unit Of The System, I.E. The Mzz.12 Panel, Will Be Installed. Execution Of Electrical Installations, Including: - Execution Of A Section Of The Earth Cable Line Ykxż 5X25 Mm2 From The Existing Switchgear Of The Hospital To Supply The Planned Oxygen Plant, - Execution Of Lighting Of The Station Area In The Form Of Industrial Luminaires With Led Sources, Mounted On Extension Arms To The Fence, - Execution Of Lightning Protection System For General Protection Of The Silo Through The Designed Insulated Lightning Mast Fixed To The Tank Structure, - Power Supply To The Compressor Station From The Existing Switchgear Of The Hospital, - Power Supply To The Operating Alarm System, - Power Supply To The Mzz Signaling Panel Of The Medical Gas Supply Source Monitoring System,13. Performing All Checks, Tests And Acceptance Tests After Completing The Assembly Of The Medical Gas Pipeline System And Installing The Collection Points. The Indicated Tests Should Be Performed According To The Procedures Described In Annex C To The En Iso 7396-1 Standard. Notes:1. The Manufacturer Of Medical Gas Installations Should Meet The Following Requirements: A) He Should Have Implemented The Iso 13485 System In The Field Of Design, Assembly And Certification Of Medical Gas Installations, B) He Must Obtain A Ce Approval (Certificate) For The Medical Device Sold, Which Can Only Be Issued By A Notified Body, C) The Product That He Places On The Market Is Defined By The Ce Approval He Holds, And The Scope Of The Notification To The Office For Registration Of Medicinal Products, Medical Devices And Biocidal Production.2. For The Performance Of The Works Provided For In The Scope Of The Contract In The Field Of Medical Gas Installations, The Contractor Should Use Materials With The Required Certificates Of Compliance With The Polish Standard And Have The Required Certificates For Class Iib Medical Devices, Medical Gas Installations Should Be Made In Particular In Accordance With En Iso 7396-1:2016- 07 And In Accordance With The Provisions Contained In The Design Documentation, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works And Swz.3. The Contractor Is Obliged, Among Others, To To: A) Obtaining, On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, At Its Own Expense, The Acceptance Reports Necessary To Hand Over The Medical Gas Installation For Use, Including The Performance Of Tests And Tests In Accordance With Pn En Iso 7396-1: 2016-07 And Pn En Iso 7396-2 . B) Obtaining, On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, At Its Own Expense, The Acceptance Protocols Necessary To Hand Over The Installations And Devices For Use, Including Obtaining A Positive Decision From The Examination Of The Office Of Technical Inspection.4. The Method Of Attaching The Elements Of The Oxygen Plant Equipment Should Be Agreed With The Equipment Supplier.5. During Earthworks And Foundation Works, Constant Geotechnical Supervision At The Construction Site Should Be Ensured. 6. Due To The Implementation Of The Investment In An Active Hospital Facility, While Maintaining The Continuity Of Services Provided By The Employer, The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out The Works In The Least Invasive Way And To Cooperate With The User Of The Facility In Terms Of Carrying Out The Works Within The Specified Time.7. The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out The Works In Such A Way As Not To Restrict Access To The Rooms For Persons Staying On The Facility (To The Extent That It Is Possible For Him To Carry Out The Works).8. Due To The Planned Shutdown Of The Operating Block On June 26, 2023, – 02/07/2023 Due To The Maintenance And Cleaning Of Ventilation, The Employer Requires The Performance Of Works In The Operating Block On June 26, 2023. – June 28, 2023 9. The Employer Requires That All Installations Be Carried Out In The Least Invasive Way, I.E. Under Suspended Ceilings, And If Such A Solution Is Not Possible, In Installation Trays.10. After The Completion Of The Works, The Contractor Is Obliged To Bring The Structure And Its Surroundings Back To The Condition From Before The Commencement Of The Works (E.G. Making Touch-Ups, Leveling The Area).11. In The Case Of Installing Installations Through Building Partitions Between Other Fire Zones, It Is Necessary To Seal The Penetrations With A Fire-Resistant Mass/Mortar. 1.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In The Following Documents: A) Design Documentation, Which Is Attached To The Swz No. 8, Containing: - Construction Design And Industry Designs, - Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, B) Bill Of Quantities, Which Is Attached To The Swz No. 9C) Draft Agreement Constituting An Appendix To The Tor No. 7 The Bill Of Quantities Attached To The Tor Is For Information Purposes Only. The Contractor, Having Familiarized Himself With The Design Documentation And Other Documents As Well As This Swz, Is Obliged To Determine The Scope Of Works Necessary To Achieve The Result.
