Part I Of The Order: Construction Of The Sanitary Sewage System At Ul. Grudziądzka In Jabłonowo Pomorskie. Within The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order, The Following Works Should Be Performed: Construction Of Gravity Lines With Inspection Wells, A New Sewage Pumping Station, A Pressure Pipe, Reconstruction Of The Existing Sewage Pumping Station And Connecting The Existing Sanitary Sewage Pipes From The Existing Septic Tanks To The Newly Built Sewage Network. The Existing Septic Tanks Have Been Permanently Excluded From Use By Backfilling. The Gravity Sanitary Sewage Network Will Be Made Of Pvc Sewage Pipes With A Diameter Of 160X4.7Mmsn8kn/M2, 200X5.9Mm Sn 8Kn/M2 On Bedding And Sand Dressing, Th. 15Cm. Collector Made Of Pvc Pipes Made By Open Excavation In Formwork. The Designed Inspection Chambers Were Assumed To Be Made Of Reinforced Concrete Rings With A Diameter Of 1000Mm With Cast Iron And Concrete D400 Manholes And Pvc Inspection Manholes With A Diameter Of 400Mm. Inspection Chambers Should Be Made With A Telescopic Pipe And A B125 Cast-Iron Manhole. Pvc Manhole Base In The Flow-Through Version And Collective On Both Sides, According To The Construction Design. Pipe Length: Made Of Pvc-U Pipes With Dia. 160X4.7Mm, Sn8 = 161M, Made Of Pvc-U Pipes With A Diameter Of 200X5.9Mm, Sn8=189M. The Total Sum Of Gravity Sewage Pipelines Is 350M. From The New Sewage Pumping Station, It Was Assumed To Make A Discharge Pipe From A Pe100 Pipe With A Diameter Of 90X5.4Mm, Pn10, With Connection To The Existing, Rebuilt Sewage Pumping Station. Pe Pipes Should Be Connected By Butt Welding Or Electrofusion Fittings. The Pipes Of The Pressure Sewage System Were Assumed To Be Made Using The Open Trench Method, Laid On The Ordinate Of The Pipe Bottom From 1.50 M To 1.95 M Below The Ground, In Accordance With The Profile Drawing. A New Sewage Pumping Station Made Of A Polymer Concrete Tank With A Diameter Of 1500Mm, H=4.0M With Two Submersible Pumps, Piping, Fittings, Power Supply And Control Cabinet, Telemetry System With Visual Monitoring According To The Building Design. It Was Assumed That The New Pumping Station Would Be Fenced Off With A Mesh Fence On Steel Posts With An Entrance Gate, Hardening Made Of Concrete Cubes With A Driveway, And A Strip Made Of Openwork Concrete Slabs Along With The Shape Of The Adjacent Land. The Existing Sewage Pumping Station Was Accepted For Reconstruction By Making A New Superstructure Made Of A Reinforced Concrete Ring With A Diameter Of 2000Mm, H=0.5M With A Reinforced Concrete Cover And A Stainless Steel Manhole, Disassembly Of The Existing Equipment Of The Pumping Station Chamber And Installation Of A New One Consisting Of, Among Others, Consisting Of Two Submersible Pumps, Piping, Fittings, Power Supply And Control Cabinet, Telemetry System With Visual Monitoring According To The Building Design. It Was Adopted To Make Hardening Of Concrete Cubes With A Driveway Made Of Concrete Road Slabs, Making A Band Of Openwork Concrete Slabs Along With The Landform Of The Adjacent Area. Casing Pipes, Filling A Layer Of Sand On The Bottom Of The Cable Ditch, Manually Laying Cables In Cable Ditches, Laying Cables In Pipes, Hollow Bricks Or Closed Channels, Assembly Of Tight Culverts Through The Tank Wall, Laying Hoop Iron In Cable Ditches, Assembly And Erection Of Lighting Poles, Assembly Of Lighting Fixtures Assembly By Twisting The Earthing Clamps On The Pipes, Checking And Measuring The Low-Voltage Electric Circuit, Testing The Low-Voltage Cable Line, Testing And Measuring The Earthing System, Testing And Measuring The Effectiveness Of Zeroing
