The Subject Of The Order For The Project No. 2 Has Been Divided Into The Following Stages: 1) Stage I Includes: Construction Or Performance Of Other Construction Works (Pzt, Pab) - 4 Copies, B) Preparation And Submission To The Architectural And Construction Administration Authority, Together With The Necessary Attachments, Of A Notification Of Construction Or Performance Of Other Construction Works - 2 Copies, C) Obtaining A Certificate Of There Are No Grounds To Raise An Objection To The Construction Application Or Other Construction Works, D) Preparation Of Executive Designs For All Necessary Industries - 3 Copies, E) Preparation Of The Investors Cost Estimate - 2 Copies, F) Preparation Of The Bill Of Quantities - 1 Copy, G) Execution Summary Cost Statement - 1 Copy, H) Preparation Of Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works - 3 Copies, 2) Stage Ii Includes Authors Supervision Over The Implementation Of The Investment Task Performed On The Basis Of The Design Documentation Being The Subject Of This Agreement. Other Requirements Of The Employer And Significant Provisions Of The Contract: 1) Key Parts Of The Contract To Be Personally Performed By The Contractor: Not Provided; 2) During The Execution Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Contracting Authority Provides For The Possibility Of Changing The Persons Indicated In The Offer To Perform The Contract, However, Provided That These Persons Meet The Requirements Described In The Tor And Express Written Consent By The Employer;3) The Contractor Is Liable To The Employer Under The Warranty For Defects From The Date Of Final Acceptance Of The Design Documentation Being The Subject Of The Order Until The Date Of Expiry Of Liability Under The Warranty For Defects Of The Contractor Of Construction Works Performed On The Basis Of The Design Documentation Being The Subject Of This Order, But Not Longer Than 6 Years From The Date Of Final Acceptance Of The Documentation Being The Subject Of This Order, Taking Into Account The Provisions Of §12 Of The Draft Contract, And Will Also Provide The Employer With A Written Quality Guarantee For The Completed Design Documentation Being The Subject Of The Contract For The Period Indicated In The Offer, Taking Into Account The Provisions Of §13 Of The Draft Contract;4 ) The Developed Documentation Will Be The Subject Of A Public Contract For Construction Works And Therefore Cannot Indicate Specific Products, Materials With The Manufacturers Name Or Other Indications Specifying The Manufacturer. The Contractor Should Provide The Key Parameters Allowing The Use Of The Proposed Products Or Materials. The Indicated Key Parameters Will Also Indicate The Standard And Quality Of Materials And Devices. The Subject Of The Contract May Not Be Described By Indicating Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, If This Could Lead To The Privilege Or Elimination Of Certain Contractors Or Producers (Article 99(4) Of The Public Procurement Law) .
