3.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation And Delivery Of Meals Under The Long-Term Program Meal At School And Home To The Charges Of The Center, To Persons Entitled To Receive Them On The Basis Of Administrative Decisions Issued By The Head Of The Commune Social Welfare Center In Radziłów In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Social Welfare Act Of March 12 2004 (Journal Of Laws Of 2021, Item 2268, As Amended), To The Point Of Serving Meals, I.E. 1) Primary School In Klimaszewnica, Klimaszewnica 41, 19-200 Grajewo.3.2. The Number Of Meals Ordered Per Day (Lunches) Is Estimated On Average In The Period From May 4, 2023 To December 31, 2023 For The Point: - Primary School In Klimaszewnica, Approx. 47 Lunches A Day For 109 Days, I.E. Approx. 5,123 Meals. Total Estimated Number Of Meals Per Day: Approx. 47 Lunches. Total - 5123 Meals.3.3. The Order Provides For The Preparation And Distribution Of Approximately 47 Portions/Sets Of Meals Per Day During 2023, Excluding Days Free From School Hours (Saturdays, Sundays, Holidays, Holidays And Days When Classes Are Suspended). It Is Expected That During The Execution Of The Order From 04/05/2023 To 31/12/2023, Approximately 5,123 Meals Will Be Served. The Number Of Ordered Meals May Change Due To The Attendance Of Students At Schools, But Not Less Than 5 Meals A Day. Due To The Reduction In The Number Of Meals Served, The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Claims Against The Ordering Party.3.4. The Lunch Is To Meet The Requirements For A Given Age Group, Resulting From The Regulation Of The Minister Of Health Of 26 July 2016 On Groups Of Foodstuffs Intended For Sale To Children And Youth In Units Of The Education System And The Requirements That Must Be Met By Foodstuffs Used As Part Of Mass Catering For Children And Youth In These Units. Required Parameters Of One Lunch Portion: 1) Soup With A Capacity Of Not Less Than 300 Ml2) Second Course - Including: • Potatoes, Groats, Rice Or Pasta - 200G • Meat Or Fish - 80G • Salad Or Cooked Vegetables – 100G• Pancakes Or Dumplings – 200G3) Juice Or Compote 200 Ml The Main Course Should Be Based On Protein Products, E.G. Meat, Fish, Eggs, Cheese Or So-Called A Semi-Meat Dish Consisting Of Meat And Vegetables Or Flour Products, Or A Meatless Dish Supplemented With Protein Products (Cheese, Eggs), With A Fish Fillet Dish Should Be Served At Least Once A Week. Potatoes Should Be A Separate Dish And Cannot Replace Vegetable Dishes (Salad Or Vegetables). The Meal Should Also Include Vegetables And Fruits. Meals For Children And Teenagers Should Be Varied, Of High Nutritional Value, And At The Same Time Full Of Caloric And Vitamin Content, Rich In Minerals. 3.5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare Meals Of Good Quality, With The Right Weight And Volume, As Well As The Appropriate Energy And Nutritional Level. The Meal Should Meet Polish Nutritional Standards Appropriate To The Age Of The Person Entitled To The Meal (For Children And Adolescents) In Terms Of Caloric Units. Dinners Should Include Traditional Cuisine, Characteristic Of The Region, Including Self-Produced Meals. Meals Should Be Varied With A Minimum Temperature - First Course: + 75°C, Second Course Minimum + 63°C, Temperature Of Salads, Salads, Juices - Below + 4°C. 3.6. Dishes Cannot Be Repeated Over A Ten-Day Period. The Juices/Compote Provided Should Be Varied. The Contractor Will Prepare Meals In Accordance With The Principles Of Good Hygienic Practice And Comply With The Standards For Nutrients And Food Products Set By The Institute Of Nutrition And Food. The Contractor Will Prepare Meals In Compliance With Sanitary And Epidemiological Requirements In Terms Of Personnel And Production Conditions And Will Take Responsibility For Their Compliance. The Contractor Shall Provide The Menu In Writing Signed By A Person Authorized In Advance For A Decade (10 Days) To The Employers Attention And For The Headmaster Of Each School Covered By Supplementary Meals. The Ordering Party May Order Changes To The Menu If It Does Not Meet The Above-Mentioned Requirements.3.7. The Contractor Undertakes To Deliver Lunches With Its Own Transport, Adapted To This Type Of Service (Catering). 3.8. The Contractor Undertakes To Collect Dirty Containers And Thermos Flasks As Well As Post-Consumer Waste Left Over From The Meal And Collected In Special Containers Previously Delivered To These Places By The Contractor On The Current Day.3.9. Meals Should Be Delivered To The Premises Of Individual Food Distribution Points Every Day From 10:50 To 10:00 11:20. With Each Delivery Of Meals, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Additionally, Free Of Charge, A Full Lunch Portion For Each Point Of Serving Meals Intended For Control Purposes.3.10. In The Event Of A Failure Or Other Unforeseen Events, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Meals Of Not Inferior Quality At His Own Expense From Other Sources. 3.11. Financial Settlements Between The Contractor And The Ordering Party Will Be Based On The Lunches Actually Delivered And Their Unit Price. 3.12. The Number Of Ordered Lunches For A Given Day, The Headmaster Of Each Of The Schools Covered By The Program Will Report To The Contractor No Later Than 9:00 Of The Current Day By Phone Or E-Mail, Therefore The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide In Writing The Contact Details Of The Person Authorized To Contact The Employer And School Principals. The Contractor Guarantees That The Price Of The Lunches Will Remain Unchanged Throughout The Term Of The Contract.
