1. Subject Of The Contract. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Performance Of Mining Works Aimed At Securing The Iin/264 Chamber And The Surroundings Of The Leopold Canal In The Leopold-Schmidt Chamber Complex At Pos. Ii In The Underground Part Of The “Wieliczka” Salt Mine, Hereinafter Referred To As “Mining Works”.2. Scope Of Works As Part Of Mining Works. As Part Of The Mining Works, The Contractor Is Obliged To: 1) Organize The Site (Area) Of The Works, 2) Prepare The Technology For Performing The Works, 3) Provide The Materials Necessary For The Execution Of Mining Works, 4) Provide The Machines And Devices Necessary For Perform Mining Works,5) Provide Persons With Appropriate Authorizations And Qualifications To Supervise Mining Works,6) Provide Surveying Services,7) Carry Out Mining Works.3.
