The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of A Hotel And Catering Service With The Provision Of A Conference Room During A 2-Day Meeting Of The Working Team, Which Will Take Place On May 16-17, 2023, Implemented As Part Of The Project Entitled Improvement Of Czech-Polish Cooperation In The Fight Against Cybercrime Co-Financed By The European Union From The European Regional Development Fund Under The Interreg V-A Program Czech Republic - Poland 2014-20202. Number Of People Participating In The Meeting: 35.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Along With The Minimum Requirements For The Performance Of The Service Are Included In Annex 1 To The Swz (Draft Provisions Of The Contract Together With Annex 1 To The Ppu). The Ordering Party Requires The Performance Of The Service In Accordance With These Provisions. There Are No Activities Related To The Performance Of The Contract, Consisting In Performing Work In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 1510, As Amended) - The Service Is One-Off And Short-Term. The Subject Of The Order Is Not The Organization Of The Trip. 4. The Order Has Not Been Divided Into Parts And There Is No Justification For Dividing It. The Subject Of The Contract Covers The Stay Of One Group Of People In The Same Place. The Catering Service Is Inseparable From The Hotel Service - Meals Must Be Served In The Facility Where The Hotel Service Is Provided.5. Accessibility Requirements For People With Disabilities. With Regard To The Condition Specified In Art. 100 Of The Public Procurement Law On Accessibility For People With Disabilities, Referred To In Directive 2014/24/Eu Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of February 26, 2014 On Public Procurement (Journal Of Laws No. 94, P. 65), The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract Does Not Involve Access For People With Disabilities. Participants Of The Meeting Are Not Disabled Persons. Place Of Performance Of The Service: The Ordering Party Requires The Performance Of The Service In One Of The Following Districts: Bolesławiecki, Jaworski, Karkonosze, Kamiennogórski, Kłodzko, Lubański, Lwówek, Wałbrzych, Ząbkowicki, Zgorzelecki, Złotoryja, The City Of Jelenia G. And The City Of Wałbrzych. In The Tender Form, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Name And Exact Address Of The Facility Where The Service Will Be Performed. The Ordering Party Does Not Envisage The Use Of The Option Right. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Possibility Of Submitting Variant Offers And Submitting Offers In The Form Of Electronic Catalogues. The Ordering Party Does Not Provide For The Award Of Contracts Referred To In Art. 214 Sec. 1 Point 7 Of The Public Procurement Law. The Contracting Authority Does Not Provide For The Selection Of The Most Advantageous Tender Using An Electronic Auction (Article 308(1) Of The Public Procurement Law). The Procedure Is Not Conducted In Order To Conclude A Framework Contract. Referred To In Art. 131 Sec. 2 Of The Public Procurement Law. 94 Of The Public Procurement Law. The Ordering Party Does Not Describe The Subject Of The Contract By Specifying The Requirements Regarding Performance Or Functionality.
