The Building Has A Compact, Cuboid Body, Is Covered With A Multi-Hipped Roof, The Roof Is Covered With A Trapezoidal Sheet. On Part Of The Ground Floor, The Reconstruction Concerns The Existing Unused Swimming Pool Rooms, Swimming Pool Facilities And The Viewing Gallery Into A Recreational And Integration Play Center (Internal Playground).
