1. The Subject Of The Contract Are Construction Works Related To The Investment Entitled Demolition Of A Social And Administrative Building (Zębiec Type) In Jeleniewo.2. The Investment Includes The Demolition Of A Run-Down Building, Which Was Built In The Late 1970S On Plot No. 629/2 - Precinct Jeleniewo, At Ul. Słoneczna 5. This Building Was Intended As Temporary Social And Administrative Facilities For The Needs Of The Planned Iron Ore Mine. The Building Has Three Bays, Based On A Rectangular Plan With Dimensions Of 12.41 X 61.66 M, Height Of 6.8 M, A Steel Frame Structure Clad With Trapezoidal Sheet Metal With 8 Cm Mineral Wool Insulation From The Outside, And Plasterboard Panels From The Inside. A Building With Two Floors Above Ground, Without A Basement, Covered With A Flat Roof. The Demolition Of The Building Is Justified By The Fact That It Is Out Of Use Due To The Lack Of Tenants, Which In Turn Was Caused By The Fact That The Size Of The Building, Its Functional Program And The Building Materials Used For Its Construction Do Not Meet Modern Utility Standards And Technical Requirements Specified In The Regulations Placed On Such Objects. Renovation Of The Building Would Amount To Too High Costs In Relation To The Functional And Utility Benefits Obtained. With The Above In Mind, The Decision To Demolish Was Made. Demolition Works Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Skeletal Structure Of The Facility And Will Consist Of: Dismantling The Equipment Of The Facility After Disconnecting The Connections Of The Technical Infrastructure Installation, Dismantling Partition Walls; Disassembly Of External Wall Sheathing And Frame Construction Of The First Floor And Ground Floor; Demolition Of Foundation Walls To A Depth Of 1.5 M Below Ground Level, Demolition Of Concrete Floor Layers And External Hardening Of The Terrain, I.E. Terrain Stairs, Pavements And Access To The Building. Upon Completion Of The Works, Demolition Materials Are To Be Scrapped And Disposed Of In Accordance With The Law. The Area Is To Be Tidied Up, Leveled And Developed In Accordance With The New Purpose. 3. Characteristic Parameters Of The Facility: - Built-Up Area - 765.20 M2; - Total Area - 1530.40 M2; - Usable Area Of ​​Rooms - 1423.41 M2; - Gross Volume - 5203.30 M3.4. After The Demolition Works Are Completed, The Contractor Is Obliged To Level The Area, Supplement The Area With Soil, Level The Area And Sow Grass On The Site Of The Demolished Structure.5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare The As-Built Documentation, Including The Geodetic As-Built Inventory.6. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Described In The Design Documentation - Demolition Project, Detailed Technical Specifications, Bill Of Quantities Constituting Attachments To This Swz.7. According To Art. 101 Sec. 4 Of The Public Procurement Law, Where The Subject Of The Contract Is Described Using Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems, The Employer Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described. In Addition, It Should Be Understood That All Such References Are Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent. Indication Of The Equivalence Of The Offered Solution In Accordance With Art. 101 Sec. 5 Of The Act And On The Terms Set Out Therein Rests With The Contractor. In The Case Of Description By Means Of Standards, Equivalent Solutions Are Considered To Be Solutions That Ensure Compliance With The Minimum Requirements Specified In The Standard At A Level Not Worse Than Described In The Relevant Standards. In The Case Of Standards Referred To In The Swz (Unless Specified In Detail), Current Standards Are Understood. In Other Cases (Description Of The Subject Of The Order By Means Of Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems), Such A Product, Material Or System With Technical, Functional And Quality Parameters Not Worse Than Those Listed In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Considered Equivalent.8. Whenever In This Swz, Technical Documentation The Subject Of The Order Was Specified By Indicating Trademarks, Patents, Origin, Etc., The Intention Of The Ordering Party Was To Present The Type Of Goods That Meet The Ordering Partys Requirements. In Addition, It Should Be Assumed That All Such Indications Are Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent. Therefore, It Is Acceptable For The Contractor To Offer An Equivalent Solution That Will Guarantee Not Worse Parameters, Technical And Quality Standards And Functional Than Those Indicated In The Tor. The Contractor Who Refers To Solutions Equivalent To Those Described By The Ordering Party Is Obliged To Indicate In The Submitted Offer That The Supplies It Offers Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. 9.
