The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of Accommodation Services In A Hotel Of A Minimum Three-Star Standard (In Accordance With Point 4), In The Years 2023/2024 For The Needs Of The National Forum Of Music. Witold Lutos awski.2. The Contractor May Offer Accommodation Services In A Facility Located No More Than 260 M On Foot From The Seat Of The Nfm (Pl. Wolno ci 1, Wroc aw). The Offer Of A Facility Located More Than 260 M From The Nfm On Foot Will Be Rejected Due To The Fact That Its Content Is Inconsistent With The Terms Of The Contract, I.E. Pursuant To Art. 226 Sec. 1 Point 5 Of The Public Procurement Law. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In Appendix No. 1 To The Tor. 4. The Facility In Which The Services Covered By The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Provided Must Have A Minimum Three-Star Standard - Awarded On The Basis Of The Decision Of The Marshal Of The Lower Silesian Voivodeship On Classifying The Hotel To The Appropriate Category In Accordance With Article 38 Of The Act Of August 29, 1997 On Hotel Services And Pilot Services Tours And Tourist Guides, And The Provisions Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Economy And Labor Of August 19, 2004 On Hotel Facilities In Which Hotel Services Are Provided.5. The Contracting Authority Does Not Require The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ Persons Performing The Activities Indicated By The Contracting Authority In The Scope Of Contract Performance, As The Performance Of These Activities Does Not Involve Performing Work In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974 Labor Code (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 1510).6. The Ordering Party Has Refrained From Dividing The Order Into Parts. The Lack Of Dividing The Contract Into Lots Will Not Limit Competition And Make The Contract Less Accessible To The Sme Sector. Dividing The Order Into Individual Dates Of Accommodation Planned In The Tor Would Cause Significant Difficulties In The Coordination Process Of All Entities, Resulting In A Serious Risk Of Incorrect Performance Of The Order.
